My wife and I loved our stay at La Villa des Orangers. The staff was very friendly and accommodating--they helped us with dinner reservations, questions about the city, directions and most of the team speaks great English which was very helpful. They bring your breakfast to your room or terrace so that you can have a private breakfast which is... More

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and a perfect quiet and relaxing base when exploring Marrakech. It was a wonderful contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city and is so peaceful and calming. We ate at Mamounia during our stay and although we enjoyed our meal and it was fantastic to see the hotel as it is so grand... More

We loved staying here, the room was well set out with plenty of space. A staircase led up to the open air balcony where we often had breakfast brought up to us. There were two pools we used, one on the rooftop and one below. Food was good, they went out of their way to provide gluten and allum free... More

Quite exceptional and a hidden secret - like an oasis - yet a short walk to the main square and the souks. I was staying here with a small group and La Villa des Orangers looked after us all really well. The rooms are lovely, all a little different but that is part of the charm as it is so... More

Well located, spectacular hotel. Beautiful rooms, a relaxing poolside atmosphere and also an amazing array food, I can't forget the beef salad. The hotel helped organise a class teaching how to write Arabic script which was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

If there is a better hotel in Marrakesh I cannot imagine what it has to offer. The location is fantastic right at the heart of the city but offering a haven of peace and tranquility. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome, the room was spacious and the bathroom very well appointed with a great shower. Beds... More

Wow what a beautiful place. Once the home of a lawyer it has been turned into a magical tranquil hotel, moments from the main square. The gardens and pools are just stunning and nothing is too much for the wonderful staff. Our room was magnificent, just off of one of the courtyards. We used the roof top pool, which we... More

We stayed at the Villa des Orangers on a family trip (2 adults, 2 kids, ages 7& 10). We had one room with a rooftop terrace (with direct access to the rooftop pool) and the room next door which was their standard double room. I loved it here and would definitely come back. In fact, I didn't want to leave.... More

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Villa des Orangers. The staff were exceedingly attentive, helpful and had great suggestions of what to see and do. As other reviewers have mention, nothing is to much trouble. Exotic decor, musicians in the courtyard, excellent food, flowers, the sounds of the birds all create a wonderful environment. The hammam was a... More

We stayed at the VDO in November 2013. This was our first trip to Marrakech and I researched accommodation extensively before choosing this hotel. The excellent reviews helped enormously. We wanted a traditional style hotel rather than one of the many chain hotels on offer.. We were not disappointed. From the minute our driver met us at the airport in... More
