Hotel rooms are pretty basic but clean and functional. Note there are no tea making facilities in the rooms - bit of a no-no these days. If you are there in the rainy season, avoid ground floor rooms as the discharge pipes waterfall onto the ground outside the window, making it hard to sleep. Food is really quite dull with... More

Can't see what people are moaning about. Less than £400 all inclusive seems a pretty good deal. Rooms spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of food. Lots of variety. Waiters excellent. They were cheerful and efficient. Moroccan restaurant great but needs to be booked. The staff aren't wholly sure when it's open. We found it best to book at breakfast time.Staff... More

This is a reasonable hotel with nice gardens but it only really takes one bad experience to colour that. I went into the swimming pool after the 'free' period (so it's not all inclusive) when I was not aware of the 'free' period as we had only just got to the hotel. The gym/pool attendant was nowhere to be seen... More

Nothing really bad to say about this hotel, the only point i would make is the location of the hotel in regards to being able to walk out the front of the building. The food, service and all round attentiveness is something to be desired. The facilities were well kept and easy to use, definitely worth a stay.

This hotel was just what we were looking for on this holiday. We wanted to relax and found this perfect in that the accommodation was very comfortable, the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful and the food was really good and diverse.

Some Tripadvisor reviews often challenge the concept of context and perspective and any previous complaints about this hotel, although subjective, are often grasping at those straws that poke out the hats of the anally retentive travellers amongst us. For what I paid for a week's all inclusive - for the quality of food, service, return flights and transfers, has to... More

This was a 7 day golfing holiday with 27 other guys. Rooms were large but quite basic for a 4 star hotel. The facilities at the hotel were very good and spread over spacious grounds. The food was excellent and quite varied. I didn't visit the Moroccan restaurant but the feedback was excellent. The service was a bit mixed particularly... More

We spent 2 weeks at the RIU Tikida Gdns in Marrakech. The buildings and pool area were good, if a little tired. The staff were helpful, the animation team were very active and help full. On the down side the food was appalling with the same thing, badly cooked repeated daily. The Oriental theme night consisted of the usual food... More
