I was only here for two nights and didn't arrive till late evening on the first night so my experience is quite limited. It was very cheap for Marrakech so I didn't expect too much. The room was fine for a budget hotel with a balcony overlooking the garden. The garden and pool area were nice but it wasn't nice... More

To steal a few words from a previous reviewer with my own twist Great location, rooms average, service average, breakfast average, room maintenance poor. Not four star or even three, could squeeze a good two, and in bad need of refurbishment. Not for everyone, but worth it if you are tolerant and on a budget. A Taxi should be no... More

Stayed here for four days and found it to be a reasonable budget hotel. It is a short taxi ride into the centre. Yes the décor is dated and the place could do with a lick of paint and some updating, but the rooms were clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. I found the restaurant and the lounge area a... This was my first time visiting this hotel, I stayed here with my friend in Jan/Feb 2015. Location: The location in my opinion was very good- situated in the "new city" of Marrakesh, only 15-15mins from the airport and a 15-20 min walk into the "old city" where the square, market, snakes, monkeys etc are. We felt it was very... More

Hotel amine is located about 15mins drive from the hotel. For myself and my friend taxi cost 80Dh (after some haggling). We were able to check in early and receptionist had our names down and ready to go. Hotel concierge was friendly and took our bags to our room. Our room was ok. (Nothing to right home about). We slept... More

Second time visiting this hotel, first time in sep 2014 most recently Jan 2015. The hotel is in a great location, not too far away from the square and center of guliz. About a 20 min walk to guliz and 15-20dhm cab to the square. personally i thought it was nice to go back to a hotel where its not... More

1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2015

We stayed at Amine Hotel for 6 nights in Jan 2014, and even though we read the mediocre reviews, we chanced it, as the pictures looked nice and clean. The room was clean, but extremely cold. The Staff had a very unfriendly vibe. The breakfast (included) was really not worth anything. Everything served was extremely dry or just not anything... More

OK, so as many previous reviews have said, you get what you pay for. I definitely agree, but in the case of the Armine it is sometimes a bargain, and sometimes not. So to start with the general feel of of the place, friendly, but not overly so, just a vague feeling of make-do and general tatty wear. Fairly welcoming... More

Just returned from my 3rd visit to this hotel. The staff are still friendly and helpful, the rooms still need decorating but are spotlessly clean, as are the sheets and towels. The staff, particularly Armed the waiter, cant do enough for you, including bringing a tray of tea to my room each morning. The pool is wonderful and cleaned regularly.... More

As others have said, you get what you pay for. The price told me not to expect a 5 star hotel, but I wanted somewhere clean with a nice pool and that is what I got! The staff were friendly and there was nothing major to complain about, but equally nothing to rave about either. The only thing that I... More
