I believe it is the worse hotel in Marrakech, I was so disappointed... It is rated as a 4 stars, but it deserves only one star in my opinion may be for having a pool... Food is bad, rooms are terrible, no clean towels, bad service, a real dump. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, we were supposed... More

Rooms and bathrooms are dated but comfortable and clean. Communal areas are good, well presented and pool staff are lively and friendly. Music is played by the pool to drown out the sounds of the near by road, which is effective and provides a good atmosphere. ATM and petrol station near by mean you don't have to go far for... More

It is a cheap and cheerful kind of hotel. About 15mins bus ride into the town centre. Conveniently located but dont get your hopes up about the hotel. The reception and pool area is very good but the rooms are average but for the price you pay what else do you expect. Cant complain at all. Breakfast is included and... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during Ramadam and were slightly apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but when weighed against the price we paid (£23 per night) we had nothing to moan about! Breakfast was Rghaif (a traditional Moroccan pancake) and a few obscure items - hard boiled eggs, cucumber, spam etc. My husband is extremely... More

I've read so many poor reviews about this place, I think other travellers have been expecting to pay 1 star prices for 5 star quality. This Hotel is cheap and cheerful! Admittedly even the locals have said it has gone down hill since it changed hands, but I found nothing to complain about. We arrived at about midnight, checked in... More

If you do decide to book this hotel (sigh) be aware of the following 1/ Stair access to the hotel reception, hotel restaurant and rooms - has no disabled access at all. 2/ Uneven and in urgent need of repairs to the pathways leading to all rooms. 3/ Difficulty with key access to the lock to my room - reported... This hotel could have so much to offer. Honestly. It doesn't however. Unpleasant reception staff, broken lights on stairwells, leaving them in complete darkness, a breakfast that could have greatly been improved.... These are the main negatives. There are positives. The hotel is clean. It honestly is from my experience. Rundown and badly in need to a refurb, yes, but... More

wifi is only available at reception The food is generally terrible and i had an extremely upset stomach-luckily there is a pharmacy 100 yards to your left just last the shell garage. The waiters were really nice and friendly. There is a lady making fresh waffles for breakfast which is good. 45 minute walk to djamma el fna 50 dirham... More

As this hotel was SO cheap, we thought we may turn up to a pond for a pool and bunk beds, but instead we were greeted with a beautiful large pool, large room with sufficient basics, and most importantly CLEAN! They have wifi Espaces around the hotel so you can check your Facebook. I wouldn't advise the food, but there... More
