My husband and I stayed at this hotel during Ramadam and were slightly apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but when weighed against the price we paid (£23 per night) we had nothing to moan about! Breakfast was Rghaif (a traditional Moroccan pancake) and a few obscure items - hard boiled eggs, cucumber, spam etc. My husband is extremely... More

I've read so many poor reviews about this place, I think other travellers have been expecting to pay 1 star prices for 5 star quality. This Hotel is cheap and cheerful! Admittedly even the locals have said it has gone down hill since it changed hands, but I found nothing to complain about. We arrived at about midnight, checked in... More

If you do decide to book this hotel (sigh) be aware of the following 1/ Stair access to the hotel reception, hotel restaurant and rooms - has no disabled access at all. 2/ Uneven and in urgent need of repairs to the pathways leading to all rooms. 3/ Difficulty with key access to the lock to my room - reported... This hotel could have so much to offer. Honestly. It doesn't however. Unpleasant reception staff, broken lights on stairwells, leaving them in complete darkness, a breakfast that could have greatly been improved.... These are the main negatives. There are positives. The hotel is clean. It honestly is from my experience. Rundown and badly in need to a refurb, yes, but... More

wifi is only available at reception The food is generally terrible and i had an extremely upset stomach-luckily there is a pharmacy 100 yards to your left just last the shell garage. The waiters were really nice and friendly. There is a lady making fresh waffles for breakfast which is good. 45 minute walk to djamma el fna 50 dirham... More

As this hotel was SO cheap, we thought we may turn up to a pond for a pool and bunk beds, but instead we were greeted with a beautiful large pool, large room with sufficient basics, and most importantly CLEAN! They have wifi Espaces around the hotel so you can check your Facebook. I wouldn't advise the food, but there... More

Went with the family for 7nights(bed and breakfast).when we got to the hotel the grand entrance looked really nice.when we booked are self in I found the guy working at the reception desk was just not bothered. The rooms were dark grey and miserable it stunk everyday, a bit of room fragrance would of been nice. The bed sheets were... More

Where do I start? Sheets were not changed in the 7 days I stayed there...everyday day I watched the maid's just re-tuck the sheets in. The bath had a dirty ring stain all the way around and was brown at the bottom. Towels were not provided on a daily basis. reception staff were the worst....so rude...and on a constant power... More

I booked this hotel for a long weekend away at the end of April. The weather was excellent when I was in Marrakech (34 degrees) but the ineffective Air-Conditioning at night was next to useless - needed to leave the balcony window open all night which was OK as no bugs, but some traffic noise from the main road and... We stayed for a week with bed and breakfast. We had a twin room, which we eventually found after a long walk through an ugly maze of rough pink stone pillars, winding walkways, on and on, until finally we found the room. It was very shabby, in poor decorative order, and had certainly seen better days. The bedding was clean,... More
