Just returned from my 3rd visit to this hotel. The staff are still friendly and helpful, the rooms still need decorating but are spotlessly clean, as are the sheets and towels. The staff, particularly Armed the waiter, cant do enough for you, including bringing a tray of tea to my room each morning. The pool is wonderful and cleaned regularly.... More

As others have said, you get what you pay for. The price told me not to expect a 5 star hotel, but I wanted somewhere clean with a nice pool and that is what I got! The staff were friendly and there was nothing major to complain about, but equally nothing to rave about either. The only thing that I... More

My girlfriend and I have just got back from Marrakech where our stay in this hotel couldn't have been better. Yes, the hotel is a little tired and a there is the odd dodgy plug but it is spotlessly clean and I have never met more friendly staff at any hotel. My girlfriend had very bad stomach cramps over there... More

I am a single female and stayed in hotel amine three times last year nov X2 and dec. There is a pool is well maintained and great if you want to be occassionally lured at by the pool guy he soon gets the hint youre not interested. The pool is not heated! The reception area and main public kind of... More

We stayed here in September 2014 for 7 nights. We stayed in a double/ twin room full board. The hotel itself is on a main road, although the entrance is nicely placed back away from traffic taking the edge off the noise (which you can hardly hear from within the hotel grounds with the exception of the car wash next... I believe it is the worse hotel in Marrakech, I was so disappointed... It is rated as a 4 stars, but it deserves only one star in my opinion may be for having a pool... Food is bad, rooms are terrible, no clean towels, bad service, a real dump. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, we were supposed... More

Rooms and bathrooms are dated but comfortable and clean. Communal areas are good, well presented and pool staff are lively and friendly. Music is played by the pool to drown out the sounds of the near by road, which is effective and provides a good atmosphere. ATM and petrol station near by mean you don't have to go far for... More

It is a cheap and cheerful kind of hotel. About 15mins bus ride into the town centre. Conveniently located but dont get your hopes up about the hotel. The reception and pool area is very good but the rooms are average but for the price you pay what else do you expect. Cant complain at all. Breakfast is included and... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during Ramadam and were slightly apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but when weighed against the price we paid (£23 per night) we had nothing to moan about! Breakfast was Rghaif (a traditional Moroccan pancake) and a few obscure items - hard boiled eggs, cucumber, spam etc. My husband is extremely... More

I've read so many poor reviews about this place, I think other travellers have been expecting to pay 1 star prices for 5 star quality. This Hotel is cheap and cheerful! Admittedly even the locals have said it has gone down hill since it changed hands, but I found nothing to complain about. We arrived at about midnight, checked in... More
