After all the comments posted here I confess I was a little afreid about the quality of the hotel, but ultimately proved to be a pleasant surprise, attentive staff, the rooms clean, the food especially the soup and the fruit of good quality, the gardens cared as well as the swimming pools. well located and easy access. more

I was there just three days and encountered confused and unhelpful staff at the front desk, surly restaurant staff, broken computers in the business centre, and stained carpets throughout. This hotel was a complete disappointment, and I found it very poor value for money. The only redeeming feature was the buffet breakfast which I really enjoyed. I also stayed at... more

I was rather worried after reading all the negative feedback on trip advisor but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Ok the hotel might not be a 5 star hotel but it is an ok 4 star. The rooms are spacious, clean and in fairly good nick. Staff was friendly and courteous. The swimming pool is quite nice and... more

The service at this hotel is awful: which is a shame because our room was excellent as is the pool and the suroundings. Getting a towel at the poolside is not easy: they are hidden, with the pool attendant, in a room away from the pool. Nobody ever asks you is you want a drink etc around the pool: you... more

There is no way this is a five star hotel. Someone is definitely getting bribed to keep that status. Old rooms, old TVs, used up Remote controls, old beds. Frogs at night won’t let you sleep. They are in the gardens inside the hotel. When I mentioned that to an employee he replied "Nothing we can do about that". A... more

I stayed here for a conference at the Palais de Congres next door. Given the number of hotels in the immediate area, I really cannot recommend the Mansour Eddahbi even for it's location. The staff wer e surly and unhelpful, no one answered the phone when you called, e.g the front desk, meals and services were extremely expensive. To give... more

The entrance to the Hotel is really impressive and the feeling of granduer and opulence is great. However, this is really spoilt by the 'very tired' state of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The lack of cleanliness did not match up to 5 star status - you get better staying at a travel lodge or holiday inn! It was a business... more

We have stayed at the mansour eddahbi hotel for the last week of the year. The first day we have arrived, my husband wanted to have a shower after three hours transfer from Casablanca to Marrakech......and there were no towels in the bathroom...I called reception 4 times and nobody came to bring the towel. So my husband had to dry... more

The hotel and its grounds are beautiful and we were very impressed with the standard of our room but thats where it ends. Service in the hotel restaurants and breakfast was slow, we werent part of the particular conference on that week so were virtual second class citizens. This could be such a fabulous hotel...but was not impressed. more

I stayed here with a large group for a business meeting. The gardens were pretty, but food and accomodation very average. The downside of the stay was that a number of our group had valuables stolen from the rooms (cameras, mp3 players etc). So I would recommend that you use the safe and make sure the patio doors on to... more
