Our stay was magical in Marrakech, helped a lot by this lovely, affordable hotel. Getting there: You can catch the number 19 that runs very often from the airport and goes right outside the hotel in one stop and takes 5-10 minutes For about 60D- much cheaper than the taxi driver trying to get 100D out of you at best!... Stayed here for a 3 night break with 5 other couples , check in all went smoothly and rooms were clean enough, two large beds, nice and comfy, however our balcony was covered in bird poo,not clean at all. the safe was free. No complimentary toiletries in bathroom. The mini fridge was empty.Food was ok,always found something to eat that I like, fresh... More

The hotel has some very grand public spaces, with more sofas than DFS, the rooms were large with 2 double beds, nicely decorated and the television had several English channels. The breakfast had a wide choice of food, fresh fruit, rolls, danish pastries, hot food, and freshly cooked omelets and pancakes, unfortunately they allowed sparrows into the breakfast restaurant which... Just returned from a weeks stay at the Albatros Garden. The location was good for visiting tourist attractions with the Red Tourist Bus stop outside the entrance. You can walk to the Souks and square with all its attractions from the hotel. Approx., 20 mins. Hail a cab and it should not cost more than 20 dhm. Hotel rooms are... More

We stayed for five nights from 28th October 2013. Our first impression of the hotel was very good, no problem checking in, porter took luggage and showed us to the room. The room was very spacious and very clean. Two queen beds, very clean, flat screen TV, small fridge, large balcony overlooking the smaller of the two swimming pools. No... More

Positives - location - walking distance to souks. Tourist bus stop outside. 2 pools, tennis courts, rooms spacious - 2 large beds. Probably sells itself with its "deals" Negatives - this year service was poor - no one really acknowledged you particularly in restaurant - if you didn't call a waiter over you could go all meal without being asked... A group of four chose to stay at the Albatros Garden Hotel for a long weekend. The hotel is clean, and the room was sizable. Wifi in the lobby was useful. Pool area was lovely although in October the pool a tad chilly for my liking. Staff did not really seem keen to provide any local information. The Red tour... More

We arrived at 11.30 were offered no food or drink and had to pay the equivalent of £60 for a cold meal which took two hours to arrive. Drinks are very pricey £2.50 for a soft drink coffee etc. So if you want to sit by the pool all day with family this works out to be a lot! Buying... More

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I would say that its a few points short of excellent but you won't be disappointed. Arrival: Prepare for things to start moving at a slower pace, we were directed away from the reception to some sofas and given mint tea before we checked in. It took about 20 minutes... More
