We stayed at Riad Aloes for four nights in March and it was fantastic. Olivier was really helpful in arranging our taxi from the airport, and we were met at the Riad by Abdul who helped us to book a restaurant which had been recommended by friends (Dar Yacout, absolutely incredible) and gave us information about the city, the must-see... Celebrating my very good friend 60th Birthday, we booked the complete hotel's 5 bedrooms for our party of five. "Olivier" the proprietor and his staff could NOT do enough for us. All five bedrooms where individually tastefully decorated and designed, to a very high standard. Breakfast in the sunshine on the roof terrace, was out of this world, which overlooked... More

Stayed with my mum at this Riad and couldn't have asked for more. We arranged a round-trip airport collection/drop-off for €30, a porter with a cart meets you at the city walls to take you to the Riad (very handy for first-timers in Marrakech, make sure you have change for tip, we gave 20 dhr=£1.70). Both journeys were reliable and... More

The location of the Riad is itself unapproachable by taxi. Inspite of requesting the staff (Mr. Olivier Masson, the owner), they failed to meet us in train station. It created lot of inconvenience as taxi can not go inside the old city (Medina). We were left outside the medina. You need a porter to carry your luggage inside the Medina.... More

The Medina looks like a sketchy place, at first sight looks like weird place, but once you get it in you feel like you are in a Pallace, staff is super friendly and threats you like a real sultan, Breakfast was the best of my life! Towells were nice and thick, and sheets with very nice quality too. This guy... More

this was our first time to marrakech and we could not have picked a better location or a better riad. Olivier , Mustafa , and everyone else made it a perfect stay. Its less than 5 mins into jemma el fna so that once you get your bearings in this brilliant city it makes it the perfect place for everything.... More

I was wary of a place with SUCH good reviews but it's all true - this really is an incredible place to stay. The place is soooo beautiful, but it's the staff who go above and beyond the call of duty to help, that really made it for me. Riad Aloes can arrange an airport transfer although it's not listed... Very nice place to stay if you are visiting Marrakesh. The staff were great and everything is spotless. The Riad Aloes is tucked away in a quiet street away from the souks. Ideal position 5 minutes walk from the main square. Very good breakfasts.

We (2 girls) stayed for a weekend, it was wonderful. Olivier and his team are very helpful. They can arrange a Hammam near by. Also a transfer from the airport can be arranged. The driver does not have your name on a sign, but only the name of the Riad. We were confused at first, but he told us, we... More

Riad Aloes is a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Marrakesh. The service was exceptional and the staff would go out of their way to assist with my every need. The Riad itself is tucked away in a quiet street away from the husstle and busstle of the markets. However within 5 minutes walk you will be in... More
