I stayed at the Red Hotel for a week over New Year. It was a late booking, and I wasn't looking for great luxury, just a good hotel with reasonable facilities. Unfortunately the Red Hotel was a disappointment. My first night was ruined by the music from the hotel nightclub, and the next day changed to the 'last room' on... More

This is a good hotel, it is situated in the new town and is ideal if arriving by train as the station is opposite. The room was small, but comfortable, good shower and balcony. Breakfast was good, mainly pastries, fruit, cereal with scrambled and boiled eggs and crepes as the hot options. Mr Reda was fantastic and couldn't do enough... More

We have just returned after a week-long break in Marrakech and stayed at Red Hotel Marrakech (opposite main train station). We would definitely recommend visiting Marrakech and this hotel. The staffs from all areas (reception, housekeeping, room service) were polite and very helpful and catered for all our requirements regardless of the time of the day. Hotel is perfectly located... We stayed here for 10 nights in late November this year on Business. We took the train and the hotel is just on the opposite side of the street facing Marrakech Raileay station. The check-in process took just a few minutes and the receptionists were rather helpful with our Enquiries including the Location of the Convention and the attractions. We... More

Hotel was perfectly located opposite the main train station, reception staff were exceptionally helpful, especially A. Loubna who helped direct us to local landmarks etc. The room was so clean and adequately decorated, with an amazing power shower in the en suite bathroom. All rooms have a balcony either overlooking the main front road and train station, or facing the... More

We booked 8 days bed and breakfast for a nice winter break. Arrival was not great, as we had to wait 3hours before we could check in. Having bought some wine on the plane, we was told this was not allowed to be consumed in the rooms and would have to be left in reception until check out. This was... More

We went for a short break to Marrakech at end of November and chose the Red Hotel for our 4 night stay. Could not fault it at all, the buffet breakfast that was included was more than ample. Don't know why some people complain about it. The staff were excellent, Brahim,Rachid,Moaad aka Obama and Hogin all made our stay pleasant.... More

The Red House has a great and quiet location and my room was large and comfortable. The staff was especially helpful -- finding a guide for me with very short notice and answering all of my many questions. Nordine was especially helpful.

I stayed in the Red Hotel for one night. The hotel is modern and clean and located across the road from the bus and train stations which is why I chose it as was arriving in by bus. I'd probably recommend this hotel more for business travellers or people in transit through Marrakech, rather than for tourists, because it's about... More
