My girlfriend and I stayed for a week last September and for a last minute, not too expensive trip it was definitely satisfactory. The room and bathroom were clean and cool and staff were always helpful. The hotel shared it's pool with another 4star hotel so pool area and bar was v nice. Think it was a bit cheeky how... More

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of July. The hotel itself is ok for a 3*. It is close to new town and about 15 minutes taxi to the Souks (30dhr). On arriving my sister noticed her request for a triple room had been ignored and instead was given a twin room. This was not suitable for... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights in early July and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the staff lovely and helpful. We thought it was a good idea to have the pool especially during the very high temperatures- it hit 40 degrees every day of our stay which can be very difficult to walk around in.... More

Hotel is quite nice, clean and the pool area is brilliant. But the whole thing was tainted by the staff. We were stopped bringing bottles of water into the hotel. It was 43 degrees!! Dictated that only food and drink bought at pool bar were allowed which would be ok except for the fact they charged 3euro for a can... More

went for a meal in this fabulous upmarket restruant - kids allowed and a kids menu which was surprizing, dishes eaten included pigeaon, couscous, risotto (VG), fish, tagines and of course crème brule and chocolates - music, dance and food in the most luxurious and old fashioned masion I have ever been in - expensive (€40pp, €15 for kids) but... Arrived here 20 June and stayed for 10 days. We are a family of five and booked one triple room and one double room both on the third floor. There are more bad points about this hotel than there was good! : GOOD POINTS: - Was quite clean - very nice central location - good views - modern facilities -... More

The absolute best ! Great standard of everything. Lovely authentic cuisine. Friendly staff willing to assist you with every and any thing you may need. Receptionist Halima was exceptional! She advised us on things to do and see in Morocco, and helped us book our excursions. In regards to the actual room and en suite, it was to a good... More

Me and 3 friends arrived at the hotel at 10:45am, we were told check in was from 10:30 onwards, however had to wait till after 2pm to get into our rooms. Finally waited 3 hours plus to be told that there wasn't any twin rooms and we had to share a very small 'double' bed. After refusing to do so,... More
