The hostel had a warm atmosphere with plenty of common spaces for travelers to share their stories. The staff were wonderfully friendly and made you feel welcomed from the instant you arrive. If travelling with friends, best to book out a whole room as the they are fairly small. Make sure to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!... More

We loved this place. Very sociable, friendly welcome, happy atmosphere, we were treated very well, brilliant owner. Great roof garden. When we moved on (around Marrakech) we would actually come back to visit Waka Waka often because we were made to feel so at home!

Great location and it is cheap. But there is nothing special about it. Bathrooms are quite shabby, dorm beds are really hard (feels like sleeping on wood). Atmosphere and breakfast is nice. But there are no lockers for your valuables!

it was an experience we will never forget! Decorations, ambiance and tea waka waka one receives is the total Moroccan hospitality. We took advantage of the terrace to enjoy some sun and lounge in the shade. We always feel like home and we always greeted with a smile for Personal very nice. Everyone is super friendly and they even give... More

It was our first choice of the hostel and we never regreted it.It is a perfect hostel for the large groups and backpackers and good value for the money you pay. It is in a good location, close to the Jemaa el Fna - main square and souks as well as to the new part of the city, everything can... More

The hostel facilities are fairly nice because of the layout of the building but what really makes it good is the way the staff tries making the guests have fun with occasional dinners and dancing in the main common area. The only really downside is the bathroom. They only have three and they don't seem the neatest facilities but get... More

I loved this hostel, it is quite difficult to find, a local guide will offer to show you and will expect to be paid. We paid him 15 dirham, I wouldn't pay more than that as it is close to the main square. The hostel is clean and although it can be noisy at night it is really welcoming and... More

Pros: Great staff, really easy to meet people, free sisha and mint tea, and really cheap! Cons: only 1 shower per floor (20 people) so can be a pain getting in there. Noisy at night as all the rooms look into the common area - could be issue if you value your sleep I'd stay again if i come back

Just great for the price, really relaxed vibe and the people there were incredibly helpful. Free breakfast was great and definitely helped get us out of bed. The hostel is situated in a really good location, close to the main square, souks, and not too far a walk from the New Town, maybe half an hour but it is a... More

I didn't like this hostel. It was in a great location and the washrooms were usable and I didnt see any bugs or anything. Just some things below that annoyed me. - Garbage breakfast, odd tasting coffee, skimpy on the mint tea. - Rude cleaning lady's (that are very rough with things. So please pack everything away before you leave... More
