From the huge delicious breakfast in the morning, until our heads hit the pillow, the staff did everything they possibly could for us. They didnt even seem like staff, more extremely helpful friends! Food was fantastic, bedrooms were beautiful and spotless. The entire Riad was incredibly beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice, and we even had breakfast on the... More

Very well located, in a quiet street and very close to the market, this Riad is a nice, clean and comfortable place. The meals are very nice, served at the terrace, with very tasty tradicional morrocan dishes.(And you may learn how to cook. They offer nice cooking classes!) But most of all, hospitality of the staff is incredible (thanks, Abdel!).... More

My trip in Marocco started at Fesa - Marrakesh - 9 days, January/ Febryary, 2015. Last 3 nights we spend at Riad Princesse du Desert...This Riada is small miracle - very pretty, comfortable, rooms clean, brekfest and diner perfect. The location just 5-7min from square. Staff - specially Abdel - making you feel like home, your honest, responsible, hospitality and... More

My fiance and I stayed at this cosy riad for a week in January 2015. It had a good location close to the souqs (markets) and only 5 min from the big square Djema el-fna. The room and the rest of the riad was beautiful and the meal we had here first night was delicious. The staff was fantastic and... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The Riad was beautiful and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Abdell and Mimo were excellent hosts and gave us a truly Moroccan experience. We drank litres of Moroccan mint tea, learned some Arabic, experienced the... More

After our busy 2 week tour of Morocco, walking into Riad Samira, Princess du desert, was a very welcome experience. We were greeted with mint tea and very friendly staff. The rooms were delightfully decorated, very clean and very comfortable. After experiencing a very ordinary meal in the square on our first evening in Marrakech, we decided to eat in... More

I never write reviews and looking at the long list of praise on here, I am not sure how needed it is. However, this place deserves all the recognition it can get. The building is beautiful, feels authentic and you could spend your whole trip just staring at the intricately decorated rooms. All those who complained about the difficulty in... More

I loved Marrakesh because you can walk through the medina, walk through a door and never know what you're going to find. Behind the door of Riad Princesse du Desert i found a beautiful courtyard with amazing mosaic pieces and carvings nonchalantly on display with plenty of lounges for you to just kick back and take it all in. The... More
