We're a couple in our sixties and had a great stay here (no, we haven't been paid to say it) - Hannah is an authentic traditional courtyard house in the very depths of the heart of the old Medina markets. It has been respectfully refurbished to maintain the old sense of place, whilst having modern bathrooms and electricity. We had... More

Our impression of the riad was different from recent ones. Our room was clean, with linen and towels changed daily. There was a heater left for us all week which we used in the chilly evenings and a thick warm extra blanket. The staff were always friendly, helpful and obliging-we couldn't cross the courtyard without offers of mint tea and enquiries if there was anything... Heavy odour of smoke within the riad, bedding and towels. Bathroom filthy without a door. Rooms are damp and cold. When we asked for an extra pillow it took three days and four times asking. Breakfast was the same cold coffee and cheap bread (this is all you will eat in Marrakech) with an egg everyday. And the management were... More

Room was cold, the power was always going off I felt like they were keeping it off over night to save money, no door to the bathroom just a piece of cloth, the floor of the shower was just disgusting, WATER WAS ALWAYS COLD!! The only positive thing was the breakfast I enjoyed but which followed as another review stated... More

Really really cold room, dump on the walls, lack of duvet, broken wardrobe and bad water pressure... For breakfast we got one fried egg, some bread and jam... We asked for extra blanket, but all we got was a host who tried to sell us city trips. Really disappointing.

Sadly Riad Hannah is terribly managed. - Before I arrived, I tried to contact the operators, neither of the phone numbers or email worked. They seemed totally unconcerned when I informed them. - After I arrived, they would only accept cash, despite both bookings.com and their website saying they took cards. - The Riad is chilly, so I asked for... I spent 4 nights with a friend in this Riad in the middle of the Medina, very close to the Jamal El-Fna square. This isn't the solution for those that are looking for a 5 stars hotel with all confort and service evrytime! This is the solution for that, like me, that are looking for a traditional way to visit... More

Good place, traditional house in the center of the old city, medina. Very kind people, the room is ok. the bath too. We have a little problem with the breakfast. we miss one breakfast. The breakfast start at 8.30 we went out at 8.00 to go to the airport. they are not ready for the breakfast that we paid.

After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about staying in Riad Hannah, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Riad is beautiful and offers a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Our room was basic but comfortable and had good air conditioning and plenty of space. For the money (its one of the cheapest Riad's around at... More

Having stayed in a raid in Marrakech before this visit I was looking forward to an authentic morrocan living experience like my last so decided to go for a riad instead of a hotel. I wish I hadn't... Although this location is very close to main square it is unsafe. There are many dark alleys leading to riad and the... More
