The staff was extremely nice and it was a pleasure to spend time with them in the Riad. We stayed in the Karen Blixen room for 2 nights and then we moved to the Bella Otero room for te remaining 3 nights. Karen Blixen is very small and dark. It has 2 single bed so it is good if travelling... More

This Riad is not cheap but excellent value for money. Owned by a Spanish couple but run by three local lads and two women. The three guys are tri lingual, Spanish, French and English along with their mother tongue. All to a good standard. They are extreemly knowledgeable and are keen to learn more about your country Fatima, one of... More

I stayed in this Riad for a week aftery daughter decided on a trip to Marrakech ;Morroco is definitely somewhere I would not choose as I'm not keen on this part of Africa after visting other parts over the years. I decided prior too our stay that I did not want to stay in a hotel as most of the... More

I don´t know how I can summarise the great experience lived on this riad. The Service was great, the staff very kind, delicious food, nice terrace and good management always willing to help and giving tips to enjoy the city. Customize service (different breakfast everyday) and really cheap pricing

We were delighted with our choice of accomodation at the Riad de la Belle Epoque. The staff were incredibly hospitable and provided a personal service throughout our stay. On arrival, they gave us excellent advice about what to see and do in the city and how to get around. The riad is tucked away on a quiet street away from the... More

Nothing but praise for this wonderful Rhiad which exceeded our expectations in every respect. The spacious room on the ground floor was well equipped and cosy. The breakfasts varied everyday and were delicious. Thanks to Abdulhak, Rhihil, Nabil and Fatima. Highly recommended without reservation! Hope to return one day to our home in Marrakech. Five well deserved stars. *****

The beds were clean comfy and every day we had clean towels. The staff were first class, we were told it was our home. We felt secure and very well looked after. Every Morning we had... More

We travelled to riad from the airport-the taxi was organised by the riad's owner. For the first time traveller to Marrakesh it is initially an overwhelming busy, noisy and bustling city and I recommend that you take advantage of getting to the riad this way.The Medina is disorientating at the best of times never mind when its dark in early evening.... We had the most wonderful time at the Riad de la Belle Epoque. A beautifully restored Riad, with each room based on a different historical figure. We stayed in the Mata Hari room. The rooms are just perfect, all the detail and lovely bedlinnen. Very comfortable beds, and room service was excellent. NIce touches in the bathrooms with the copper... More

Very small riad, very close numbers, the kitchen is not high quality. Left riad sooner than planned. I would not stay there again.

Dear Lidia, we are really upset about your opinion as we consider our clients like our friends. The Riads in Morocco have a minimum of 5 rooms and a maximum of 20, so they are always relatively small. The architecture and the decoration are in most of them traditional so perhaps that´s why you could have a different way of... More
