Stayed with husband and teenage son. Location was good as it's based in the new town so lots of restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. The staff were not very friendly or helpful and there was no tourist information at reception about places to visit etc. The safe did not work in our room so we were asked to move... More

The only thing I can recommend is the location, even then there are so many other places you can stay for the same price. Budget hotel indeed but you can get plenty of other places for the same price or £5 more for so much nicer facilities! Our group moved rooms three times - one found toenails in the bed,... More

This hotel is located in the new town. In advance of this trip, I thought that was a negative, but actually it's a great location. Very close to the better restaurants & the shops - the new town of Marrakech is not unlike something you might expect to see in the south of Spain. It's a 30 minute walk to... More

The rooms are clean, airconditioned and has a great size. It's northern africa, so I was pleasantly surprized. The morning buffet is okay, but not great. We ate at the restaurant a little down the street which was great. The location is okay if you like to walk. We walked to all atractions and sites around Marrakech, so it's doable.... More

My partner and I stayed here at the end of 2013. We only used this as a base and it was perfect for that. we stayed a week and didnt eat at the hotel. The pool does not get the sun. Our room was clean basic and exactly what we wanted. We got a good deal on this and i... More

Poor hotel, service poor, restaurant in need of modernising and cold! Food poor, room ok but next to noisy road. Would not recommend. English from staff there not very good. Nothing more to say why is trip advisor insisting on 200 words or more???

The rooms are good for the price and we enjoyed our stay here. The location is away from the bustle of Marrakech's centre which can be a benefit if you fancy slowing the pace down. The breakfast is not worth the effort - except for the coffee - much better food to be had in the local area at reasonable... More

Reading other reviews prior to going I was a bit nervous about what to expect. However, the hotel was lovely and modern. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The outdoor pool area looked very nice but there are only 6 sun beds, the area didn't... More

From outside it really does look like a budget hotel but it's lovely and nice. The service is good, they employees are helpful. The rooms are quite good for a low price hotel, they are clean, they give you two soaps, two shampoos, two lotions, two body liquid soap and towels. The shower was proper, they have use Moroccan ceramic... More
