We stayed here for 3nights from 10th-13th Oct 2014. Booked half board without noticing so decided to try the restaurant. The food in the evening is morrocan and meditteranean mix and was lovely. Had great Morrocan soups, Tagine, salads, chicken skewers, fish with ratatouille and a great dessert menu. Lovely friendly staff. I would have been pleased to pay for... More

My wife and I visited Marrakech 6th October- 9th Oct 2014 and found the city very friendly and interesting. The hotel was clean, comfortable and tidy, staff very friendly. The rooms very much larger than we expected with very efficient air conditioning. There was a fridge, but no provision for tea in the room. The beds were very large and... More

Beautifully decorated hotel. The staff are hit and miss with their friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again. A 5 minute walk to catch the bus to the Marrakech medina.

I would not hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend the hotel to family/friends. Our room was at the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor and this meant no road noise and a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice...same choices every day, but to us that was not an issue. Close to Mohammed V... More

The hotel is well located, we had a back room so quiet. Thankfully we only had breakfast included in rate, the same thing every day for two weeks, thats when they didn't run out. OJ best part. Because I was hospitalised for some days, we had to spend an extra week in the hotel. General staff were as helpful as... More

Stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and I must say I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very nice, apart from asking 4 times for extra pillows and never getting them! It's just around the corner from a shopping mall and supermarket and near some very nice shops. The breakfast was fine but basic as was the... More

The hotel is nice and clean but not centrally located if you want to spend a lot of time near the Jemaa el Fna and the souks. It is, however, located in a nice and quiet part of the Guéliz area. It takes about 45min to walk to the old part of town. It has a pool, which is great... More

We stayed for one week at this hotel having dinner bread and breakfast each day. On arrival we were met by the receptionist who beamed a smile and was very helpful not only on arrival but for the full week. The bedroom was great, simple but with everything needed especially the air conditioning as it was very hot during the... More

Swimming pool was a big disappointment - small ( in size about 15 X 6 meters ) , surrounded from each side with high walls, so no sun shine at all. Around swimming pool there is the only 7 beach chairs - no more space for them. In my room a main light switch was inoperative, so I had to... More

We stayed here for one night after returning from a three day trip to the desert. Room was comfortable, good aircon and very clean. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard for Morocco but not a very big variety of food. The pool area is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. Before leaving for our tour we had state... More
