The room was a dream, the rooftop terrace just lovely, meals were excellent, staff gave outstanding advice and assistance. We absolutely loved this wonderful riad and would certainly return. Thoughtful details such as the thick bathrobes were well appreciated. It's one of the most romantic places we've ever stayed. Owners communicated well and promptly to online inquiries, on-site staff were... More

We booked a easyjet holiday who use Lowcostholidays.com so we didnt expect too much but arriving there we were over the moon. The place was much better then any budget hotels I have stayed in and is nearly on par with a 4* I stayed in Berlin! The young guy on the desk, from Fez was so helpful and friendly,... More

Comfortable basic Hotel located near to the Medina and main shopping centre in Gueliz. Despite having a room facing the road we were not troubled by the noise, but it was to cold to have the windows open. The breakfast is simple and a would be boring if staying for a long time. The orange juice was the best I... More

It is a really nice and super clean hotel (usually i am hard to impress), I highly recommend it! Only disadventage is that some of the hotel staff doesnt speak english well, but they are really helpful so everything got solved. :)

A mid-priced, clean hotel situated down a side street, Les Trois Palmiers is just a five minute walk from western style shops and restaurants in the New City area. The Medina, the central area of Marrakech, is around twenty to thirty minutes walk away but there are frequent taxis and a trip there from the hotel should cost no more... More

Considering the relatively cheap price, this is a good hotel and definitely one worth considering if you dont want a Riad while in Marrakech. The Hotel is clean, spacious with good A/C. The rooms are a very good size, but we had problems with the bathroom, where the lock was extremely stiff and couldnt be used after my girlfriend nearly... More

Hmm, what can I say. Negatively; don't go to sunbathe, breakfast cold most days, not a lot of variation in dinner/lunch. Positively; Great location, the hotel itself was very clean and tidy, it was full of Moroccan architecture and decorations, helpful staff. It cost of £450 each for christmas week 8 nights with full board, so represents excellent value for... More

I only stayed here for one night when finishing a tour of Morocco. The Hotel is clean and attractive. I was given a spacious room with a double and single bed in it. The bathroom was excellent with a very good shower. No complaints about the room at aside from some street noise as I was at the front of... More

I stayed over at this hotel for a week. The location to Gueliz is a walking distance and convenient travelling by foot. i believe the sun bathing area is misleading prior to booking as the area is surrounded by tall blocks of building therefore you would be lucky to even get an hour of sun shining in the swimming area.... We stayed for a week in November and we had no problems, the room was very spacious and cleaned every day. The food was alright would imagine it would get boring after a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When settling our bill at the end there appeared to be another hundred dinar added on, we queried this... More
