We stayed here for one night and was really impressed with the location, friendliness and cleanliness. For this price we didn't expect too much and was really impressed. Just a 1 minute walk from the Djeema el Fna and really easy to find. Recommended for everyone who wants a cheap place to stay at a great location.

We had a great two nights here. The room was very clean but the sewage did smell a little (standard in many places in Morocco). The breakfast was basic but very good up on the rooftop. Loved the orange juice, coffee and tea. You could not ask for a better location in Marrakech. 10 seconds walk from the square. We... More

Clean rooms. Clean with hot water, wifi everywhere and nice breakfast with space to chill and catch rays on the terrace. All for about 8 quid a night. Bargain! Usually go to hotel essaouiera but it was full but can recommend this place as good if bit better.

Just got back from a week here. Thought the hotel was great - friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, and amazingly quiet too, considering how close it is to the Jemma el Fna. Decor, furnishing and rooms were all traditional Moroccan and charming. Breakfast on the roof in the sunshine was lovely. Terrific value too, and the location couldn't be... More

We stayed nine nights here, it's a clean calm hotel, perfect if you want to be close to the hubbub of the square but want peace at the end of the day! Great roof terrace with view if the square. Breakfast included, you need to order it in the kitchen on the roof when you get upstairs, Lipton tea available... More

Bathroom: Both shared and en suite available. En suite has western toilet, sink, stand up shower. Water pressure was low. While we wasted water for several minutes waiting for the water to heat Dad did not have this problem in his room. Climate control: Air con is available. No heat. Breakfast, which is included in the price, consisted of: Bread/pastry,... More

Nicely decorated, a bit noisy, basic breakfast (with a lot of bees), nice terrace on the roof. We made reservations by phone earlier that day, but the (friendly) receptionist wasn't informed. There were no more double rooms available, but we got a room for four persons for the price of double room (partly because it was 22 p.m. already).

A basic but really clean riad where everything is about the guests. The location is great, steps from Jemma ElFna, the staff is really helpful and friendly, it's not about money and not about the tip, you get real smile and real help... 24 hours reception and mostly the owner of the riad is at the desk. We had a... More

Awesome, clean, budget riad. No towels or heaters in the room, but that's not a major problem. Had to walk out of breakfast earlier after waiting 40 mins....but they were busy & there are tons of places outside. You're about 100 metres from Jemaa El Fna - the biggest square in Africa. The street food is phenomenal. You're right in... More

The best thing about this hotel is its location, the rooms are basic but clean,we had air conditioning/,heater which was invaluable this time of year. It really depends on what you are looking for if you want creature comforts this place is not for you,but as a central base near the square and at such a cheap price this hotel can`t... More
