A poor welcoming at the entrance , a lady who jumped at us for signing the contract . Never proposed a tea or water . Staff do not care ! Except to wake u up at 9h40 the day of your departure . For the price we paid better go in a 4 stars hotel . They never cleaning the... More

We chose this lovely riad because we wanted an authentic experience and the photos showed traditional looking decor. The shuttle service from the airport provided by the hotel endured an easy hassel free arrival. The staff were welcoming and friendly nothing too much trouble and always smiling. Very eager to help we had noisy music from guests next door one... More

They picked us up from the airport and drove us to the Ryad. At the street a lot of people and animals but when whe where in the Ryad it was quit. It was peacefull and it felt so good. The water in the middle, the colors and the nice places to sit everywhere makes it to a nice place... More

So I read the previous reviews just as I was sitting down before my check in paperwork. A few of them stood out as concerns to me, namely, the annex. So I decided I would not pay until I saw the room. First off, I have to assume that the management has been reading everyone's comments here, and have made... More

In a nutshell: - very good choice for this money - great and helpful stuff - clean - it's great that they have terrace - not to tasty breakfast (very sweet one). Boring also. But it's your choice if you want some sugar to kick off the day or you'd like to eat something in town. I would recommend it... More

Located north of the labirinths of suks (the winding streets with spice and tourist staff shops) it is also close to the great attraction - the Majorelle park. The most fantastic thing about the hotel is its staff. So friendly - there was not a single thing or a problem they were not ready to solve. They recommend trips, shops,... More

Second time visitor to the ryad, i love it here. The sahara room and oasis room have their own private balconies, the property has a gorgeous rooftop dining and tanning area and an indoor pool as well. They have an onsite restaurant. 24 hour concierge, security outside, security inside with the key control, unobtrusive cleaning/housekeeping, jacuzzi on the roof, its... More

The good: Cheap Breakfast included 20 minute walk to Jamaa El Fna Lovely rooftop terrace The bad: The staff were rude and unhelpful. You are made to pay on arrival in cash which means if a problem occurs they are less than interested - they already have your money. When I handed our money over he counted it three times... More
