Unprofessional staff, confused sales manager, worst stay ever. Music is loud and can be heard in rooms, breakfast is never refilled in mornings that's how inattentive restaurant staff are. Rooms are never cleaned and stink. We purchased beer from outside and were charged on our bills just on the assumption that it was taken from the mini bar as the... More

We visited Sky Bar to enjoy the sunset and a few cocktails. Prices are on par with London and the cocktails are excellent. It was disappointing that they did not have any champagne so could not make champagne cocktails. Great spot for a cocktail and amazing views....

wr didn't stay in the hotel. We visited the sky bar. If you in Marrakech then the sky bar is one place to visit. The cocktails are spot on and the other drinks are good value for money not skimpy little things. We arrived just before sunset and the views are amazing. As the sun sets the city lights up.... More

We were in this hotel for 2 nihgt only and we had enough!!! Loud music, dirty rooms with massive cockroaches, non working air condition, terrible food in the bar, cheating waiters (two girls especially), rude staff in the bar and restaurants!!! Cancel your booking in this hotel if you can!!!!

You can do much better than Hotel La Renaissance in Marrakech. Our room had no curtains, no towels, and no glasses and the floor had not been swept we we arrived. It took two requests to have towels delivered to our room. We were unapologetically told no glasses were available but that we could ask at the restaurant next door.... More

Clean room, efficient breakfast, helpful (but not fluent in English) staff, nice view from Skybar. Easy to find from airport. You would need to be able to ignore the occasional sewer smell in the rooms, music from the bars at night (3rd floor), paying €4-6 for a beer, network coming and going, insane traffic noise on balcony - and staff... My partner and I have just finished a weeks stay at La Renaissance in Marrakech, On arrival we were shown to a room which was dirty and not up to standard, we complained and were quickly moved to a far better, but smaller room. The hotel in general is quite tired but has some lovely features like the rooftop bar... More

You may be thinking, why it’s taken a couple of months after the visit to write this, but I really had to think hard of all the issues that occurred to make sure a true reflection was given of my experience. We arrived at the hotel on-time at approx. 2.15. We were greeted by the receptionist he began to take... More

I was in the same group that checked in on Good Friday and I can't reiterate enough what a terrible hotel this is. From the fact that it took 4 hours to get our rooms ready to the fact that the one room they then gave us (we had booked 2) stank of sewage, there were absolutely no redeeming features... More
