This riad was one of the highlights of our stay in Marrakech. As may be apparent from other reviews, the riad is owned by a British family and the service feels like a wonderful blend of Moroccan and British tradition. The staff are welcoming and incredibly helpful. Abdou, the manager, is really personable--he greeted us every day at breakfast, asked... More

We picked up a hire at the airport, so our evening arrival at the Dar-el-Bacha was something of a culture shock. We were met at the Palace by Abdou, who showed us where to park, helped us with our bags and guided us through the streets to the Cinnamon. Entering the Cinnamon was like entering another world - peace, tranquility... More

Salamu Alaykum I was so excited after booking a flight to Marrakech to find Riad Cinnamon advertised on the Internet. A Riad … recollections of the lovely and amazing Arabian Nights and enchanted gardens came to mind. And just the sound and scent of cinnamon conjures up images of wealth and desire. Stories and legends travel the globe about the... More

This was an excellent Riad located in a great place near the souks and main square. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout - they even moved our booking a few days for us when our plane got stuck in the UK. Food was excellent. The rooms are beautiful and spacious (we stayed in the Casablanca) - designed with lovely... More

I can't say enough great things about Riad Cinnamon. From the moment we arrived at the airport to be greeted by a friendly face who took us to the Riad. Abdou the manager is wonderful, warm, friendly and super helpful, he really can't do enough to help or make your trip enjoyable. The other staff (I can't remember their names... More

Situated in the heart of the marrakech medina. Less than a minute away from the main souks and a c. 10 minute walk from the central square. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Clean, bright, attractive decor throughout the riad and the rooms. Laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Delicious freshly prepared breakfast brought to the rooftop terrace. Pre-arranged transfer from station... More

Beautifully refurbished, with exquisite plasterwork and finishes. Furnished with care and restraint. Nicely varied roof terrace, with views over rather less attractive examples. Food delicious, although breakfast not lavish. Eating in once gives a fantastic private chef experience and the best tagine of a fortnight in Morocco. Staff very helpful. Only real downside was a lack of attention to some... More

From time to time there are interruptions to the Marrakech mains water supply. Riad Cinnamon has a water holding tank and associated pump that allows us to offer continuity for a basic level of services under these circumstances. We are pleased that you particularly enjoyed dining in the Riad, We hope our three course dinner menu offers exceptional value at... More

Stayed here with friends and we all found the riad to be welcoming with extremely friendly staff and great service. Although the location seems a little out of the way at first, the riad is only about a ten minute walk to the main square in the medinas. Fantastic roof terrace (great for breakfast) and overall a very relaxing stay.... More

What can I add? Great little hotel, great service, great location, great value. Marrakech can be a bit intimidating at first but Riad Cinnamon is an oasis of calm and the staff can´t to enough for you.
