My family stayed at the Riad Cinnamon for 4 days in March, 2013. It was a great place to get a feel for the city and the Souks. Hossan made us feel very at home and safe. They gave us a cell phone in case we got lost and Hossan came to the rescue more than once. I would highly... More

My wife and I are doing a world tour a gap year and we chose Riad Cinnamon based on recommendations by the helpful Moroccan Tourist Board (who also gave us great recommendations for all our other Morocco hotels). Perfect location on edge of souks, top quality bedding and furniture, panoramic view of the whole of medina from charming roof terrace,... More

Me and nine other friends stayed at this amazing Riad for 4 nights from April 25th 2013. To begin with, the booking process was very simple and Andrew was very helpful and accommodating. We arranged to be picked from the airport which cost £5 per person which was fine with us. After about a 20 minute drive, we came to... More

Thanks so much to Riad Cinnamon and our lovely hosts Hossan and Meriem and Zarah. We had a most wonderful stay with you. Let me first list all the things we loved: The tagines, pastillas and Moroccan salads. The lovely guy who took our bags everywhere for us . The mint tea on the terrace surrounded by orange flower blossoms.... More

My fiancé and I stayed just one night in Riad Cinnamon, after two nights in the sister riad, Dar Habiba. We managed to find the riad without much trouble (they were going to send someone to walk us down, but we were early and thought we’d try ourselves). There’s no sign outside the door, though. We had to call Dar... More

Stayed in the Meknes Suite with my wife and four year old daughter. Very friendly, clean and well positioned Riad, with excellent breakfasts (which thankfully ran until 11am) and helpful advice. Le Foundouk, Cafe Arabe and Le Jardine all good restaurants nearby (although the first was a little tricky to find). The maze of the Medina can be a little... More

Booking was actually a pleasure.. odd to say I know, but I build up quite a good rapport with Andrew, who was very helpful and understood my needs perfectly. just to note this is a gay friendly Riad. On arriving, at the airport (Please take a pen with you! you have to fill out a travel card and there are... More

My partner and I initially booked for 7 nights into the sister riad, Papillon, after the first evening we asked if we could move into a slightly larger room with windows looking onto the courtyard, this was no problem and on the same day we were asked if we would like to upgrade to the riad Cinnamon into a suite... Greeted at the airport, driven as far as the car could go down the narrow cobbled streets, and greeted again by Hosein who carried our suitcases down another narrow cat-filled street to a small front door. And what a surprise- it was beautiful inside. Right in the heart of the souk it is impossible not to get lost, and Hosein... More

The staff are extremely lovely and helpful. The rooms spotlessly clean. The suite we had was super comfortable on the first night. The bed was perfect. The noise from a tour group less so. On the second night we had the ground floor room which had a terrible bed. I wouldn't bother with the airport transfer. it was 200dhr which... More
