Arrived into Marrakesh after travelling for 30+ hours......it's raining, dark and cold. Luckily the taxi driver escorts us to the Riad. Turns out the Riad is extremely well located....just minutes to Djemaa el-Fna. Wonderful staff. Small Riad with only a few rooms. Our room was tiny with lots of cupboard space and a nice deep tub with lots of hot... More

Very good location, just a 5 minutes walk to Jamaa el fna. Good breakfast and very friendly staff We had initially booked at another riad but ended up here, (seems booking.com overbooks...? ) which in the end became a much better option due to its location.

My 3rd stay here, thanks to Kudos, Samir and Ibrahim for being so helpful, patient and friendly. A really good Riad in a very good location, easy to dip in and out of the intensity of the city. It is situated just off a very busy, usually very crowded part of the Souks but once inside it is calm and... More

Have stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. Very friendly staff (best marks for Lotfy), clean rooms and facilities and perfect location - 2min from Place Jemaa El Fna - makes this Riad an ideal place to stay while visiting Marrakech!!!

Lovely hosts, very relaxed and down to earth atmosphere in this mix of a hostel and hotel, very central in Marrakech. Such a pleasant and warm experience, we had the top floor room, which was brilliantly private and had its own terrace.

All staff, especially Samir couldn't do enough to help us, including a very useful airport transfer which we hugely recommend. Really welcoming place to stay, felt like a home from home. It was well laid out and decorated and extremely comfortable. We were recommended where to eat and what places to visit and during our stay were well looked after.... More

Thank you to Samir and all who work at the Riad for making our stay so easy and pleasant! The riad is easily found from the main square through well lit streets, and the pre arranged taxi transfer from the airport meant we arrived without hassle, saving time and money as we didn't have to negotiate a fare whilst disorientated... Situated at 1 minutes to the Jamel El Fna square, in the middle of the medina. It was really easy to find on our own. The staff is really nice and the place is quiet and cosy. Samir, (member of the staff) organised us an amazing trip in the desert.

We booked two nights in a private room at Trip and Friends Hostel, only to find out when we arrived that there are three buildings that make up the company one of which is Trip and Friends Hostel, another is 2 Portes, which is the only one which has the private rooms- after some discussions with the owner and a... this riad has a good location, near the center of things, but the neighborhood is quiet. But sounds inside the riad reverberate throughout the building. Every morning I woke up to the sounds of the staff yelling at each other. The workers are nice, but we had trouble communicating with them since they spoke very little French. This wouldn't have...
