A quiet, clean and beautifully decorated Riad with friendly and helpful staff. It is well located with easy access to most points of interest in the city. Finding the place the first time might be difficult as it is located within the small streets of the medina so I would advise calling for directions or getting a taxi. Breakfast was... More

The Riad is very clean and unbelievably quiet, located a 5-10min walk from the main square which is easy to find. In particular the staff are warm and welcoming and want to help. Thank you. The room itself was charming, not too small and with a beautiful green coloured bathroom. My only minor quibble here the under the linen plastic-like... More

I advise staying AWAY from the Riad Al Jana. We were forced to check out September 19th 2014, due to a BED BUG problem. Please see the ATTACHED PICTURES which were taken THIS MORNING in the bathroom of the hotel. My girlfriend woke up thursday morning with her hand covered in a cluster of insect bites that MATCH THE DESCRIPTION... More

This is a false review from a person who was trying to cancel his booking for free, His first question on check-in was: if he can stayed for 2 nights? And then he would like to visit other cities! We always take care about the problems and inconveniences of our guests during their stay, especially on the arrivals, up to... More

excellent room service, room and en suite were both absolutely spotless. Staff were very attentive and went out of their way to help in whichever way they could. Will definitely stay at this riad when next visiting Marrakesh.

Amazing hospitality, excellent place . The Rooms are clean, the food is vero delicius, breakfast is fine and dinner is very good. Inside the wall the rumors disappear and the quite is the rule of the palace. All the people that work in the riad are very gentil. If you want , a delicius tea is perfect way to finish... More

The room was clean, unfortunately we did not have window apart of a very small one located in the bathroom area. We booked for a double room but we have been provided with a twin room. The cleaners and the chef were friendly. The breakfast was a bit poor, we left the table always hungry. We booked and paid for... More

We stayed for 3 nights and it was lovely! There had been some damage in the room we were originally booked into and so were given another which was just as lovely (on upper floor overlooking the courtyard) except it had a queen bed instead of two singles. Which might not have been an issue but my friend and I... More

I really liked the character of this hotel. Rooms are really nice and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was a bit worried about it's location as it was difficult to find in the narrow alleys of the old town (not accessible to cars and taxi), but I guess it added to its character.

Not the easiest place to find in the maze of alleys - only signposted on the final stretch. Down a dark and dank little alley, which is a bit scary at first but we got to know the other residents down the alley, and they were very nice. Great location, near the markets and the main medina square. Great little... More
