My husband and I booked in for a massage after reading a review in Lonely Planet. The decor was pretty run of the mill - rooms basic but clean. The massage itself was probably a 6/10 (i have regular massages every couple of weeks on top of being slightly obsessed with day spas in general). Staff could do with more... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Bahia Salam in a non-nonsense room that was very quiet with air conditioning. The bed was not big, but okay. The bath was compact, whereas closet space was abundant. Breakfast on the roof terrasse was basic and the pool area and staff were very good. Reception staff were generally very helpful. Location is very... More

We stayed for 4 nights in this Riad in August 2014. The staff were always friendly, chatty and helpful. The Riad was clean and comfortable and was a lovely luxurious escape from the craziness of the Medina. Everything was beautifully decorated, our room was excellent and being able to escape to the roof for sunbathing and dips in the plunge... More

I was there only one day. But this road turned out to be really great as it is very close to the main square, it is really a peaceful place, it has a very good design and architecture and the spa is really good. After one week traveling in morocco it was really necessary to have a relaxing hammam and... More

Great stay at this Riad - I would totally recommend paying the extra to stay in a more luxurious Riad in the medina as it is very hectic. Pool was a great bonus and the staff cannot do enough to help. Breakfast was also lovely

I did not stay at the hotel but did use the Spa. Very clean. I have never had a Hammam wash before and it was decadent. Great massage, I also had the foot massage after walking around all day sight seeing. The girls were angels. I've had massages in Australia and Thailand and this was better. (The others were good,... Stayed for 4 nights in June. Fab location, beautifully presented, clean, helpful staff and has everything you need. Room wasn't massive but had all we needed and as was in bottom floor had a nice lounge right outside room. Lots of lounging places around the hotel. Rooftop pool is small bit perfect to cool off after a day walking around... More

When we were looking for hotels, riad bahia salam stood out because of the very neutral and simplistic decor and when we contacted them, Sophie was incredibly helpful in getting the arrnagements done. Still, we were not fully prepared for the experience. The rooms are great (we stayed in the Marrakech suite) the colors are a muted cream with a... More
