Stayed for just over a week. Loved Morocco but had my wallet stolen whilst out in the souks on my first day. I expected at least one thing like this to happen. But what I didn't expect was to be laughed at and basically dismissed by hotel staff who let me use their phone to cancel my cards, only to... More

Stayed here for 14 nights in May/June and ultimately, I would not go back. Marrakech itself is an incredible city and i would recommend everyone i know to visit it at least once, but id advise them to avoid this hotel. We arrived at night and were hit with some form of tax bill, approximately 400dh, which we had no... More

The food and beverage manager is very helpfull when my father vomitted he supplied mint tea straight away. Thank him so much. Internet access is only avaible from lobby. In order to go to Restaurant you have to go down... More

Driving in we see the sign on the hotel is missing the Z and A and so the name LAGH is illuminated which give it a bad start. Reception is nicely set out but staff are unattentive with no greeting or welcome. Room was in need of a complete overhaul with plug sockets damaged, dirty marked walls and badly stained... More

the bads: -very far from downtown thankfully there are free shuttles. - very noisy (the side on the main street) even within the rooms, you can easily hear your neighbor. - impossible to have a quiet solo tan near the pool cause it's a "family" oriented hotel. - no Wifi in the rooms. - parking is so small, had to... Very nice clean and confortable hotel. Service is very good and prompt. I like the location, it is only 10-15 min free shuttle ride to Djemaa Fnaa..walking distance to Caeefour and small malls.. We once missed our return shuffle back by a few mins and the next shuttle dropped us back free..even though it was not his time to leave... More

Stayed as part of a tour at this hotel for one night at the beginning and one night at the end. There are lots of areas in this hotel that haven't been finished. My room didn't have a safe or a phone to call reception and the air conditioning didn't work on my first night. The light in the bathroom... More

We stayed here with our two children in May of last year and would really recommend it for a relaxing place to stay. Just got back from Marrakesh again and this time stayed in a Riad as the children weren't with me but next time when they are there we will stay here again. Beautiful pool area which looks stunning... More

I stayed at the Zalagh a couple of nights ago, only to wake up to a terrible smell - the water from the loo had flooded the entire room overnight and there was feces all over my bedroom floor!! My instant thought was to call reception, however, my phone was not plugged in. I went to the front desk to... More

This hotel was a total let down. On arrival we were sprung with an unexpected "local tax" before we were allocated the wrong rooms. As we were quite a large party we were moved from pillar to post on three occasions before finally being given rooms that did not have broken heating, leaking light sockets, broken balcony doors or worst...
