The hotel is conveniently placed for the airport and the centre, with a backdrop of the Atlas mountains and is light, airy and spacious, with traditional style decor. The bedroom was spacious with a large, comfy bed and pillows, safe, plenty of hot water, hairdryer, TV and balcony. A good selection for breakfast and the buffet dinner and lunch in... More

We stayed for three nights in the Zalagh Kasbah this month, and felt as if we spent the whole holiday getting scammed. We expect this in the souks but not in the hotel. We booked an excursion through the hotel to visit the Atlas Mountains. We paid a lot of money for this trip. You would expect this to include... More

We stayed at this hotel on a Cosmos Tour. It was adequate certainly not the worst but there were issues. First the hotel lobby is not heated and is uncomfortably cold while understand that winter is only for a short time in this region, there needs to be heat. The lighting in the hallways is motioned sensored however it was... More

Dear Sir, We thank you for your precious commentaries and we very much regret that you did not fully enjoy your stay at our hotel. As you will have noticed, our lobby is very large with a big entrance ad another two big doors leading to the pool area; these doors are often left open by guests walking in out... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (1 at the beginning and 2 at the end) of a 10 day Archers/Cosmos tour of Morocco. It is out of town, but the hotel does run a regular shuttle bus into and back from the medina in the centre of Marrakesh. This is a large hotel over three floors. The rooms... More

Lovely hotel visited on the 17/11/2014 for 3 nights. Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water and lovely poolside providing very comfy loungers and towels Pool freezing but i expected that in mid November, nice small indoor pool and lovely spa. The downside was that although we were told we could exchange money in the hotel on 2 out... More

Booked a holiday to Marrakech in the middle of January with my family. There was 13 of us therefore we had 4 rooms. Upon arrival the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. As soon as we got to the hotel we had lunch which wasn't the nicest thing, it was an aubergine salad which was meant to be served cold... More

Lovely hotel, rooms around the pool are preferable but all rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Public areas are good. A lovely outside area for breakfast & nice poolside restaurant. Breakfast choice is excellent. Sometimes hard to get crockery & cutlery but it arrives eventually! Bar staff sometimes can't cope with size of hotel but do their best to keep... More
