Lovely hotel visited on the 17/11/2014 for 3 nights. Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water and lovely poolside providing very comfy loungers and towels Pool freezing but i expected that in mid November, nice small indoor pool and lovely spa. The downside was that although we were told we could exchange money in the hotel on 2 out... More

Located out of town, this hotel has a restaurant, pool, shop and free internet access, rooms nice and clean maybe need a bit of TLC, petals on our beds...lovely decor, used by tour groups giving great value for money, would stay again.

Booked a holiday to Marrakech in the middle of January with my family. There was 13 of us therefore we had 4 rooms. Upon arrival the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. As soon as we got to the hotel we had lunch which wasn't the nicest thing, it was an aubergine salad which was meant to be served cold... More

Lovely hotel, rooms around the pool are preferable but all rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Public areas are good. A lovely outside area for breakfast & nice poolside restaurant. Breakfast choice is excellent. Sometimes hard to get crockery & cutlery but it arrives eventually! Bar staff sometimes can't cope with size of hotel but do their best to keep... More

The hotel is located a distance from anything but a new mall and is a magnet for large tour groups as others have mentioned. They all arrive and leave within an hour or so of each other making the breakfast buffet more like a cattle call. We made several attempts to connect to Wi-Fi without success so we walked to... More

I think this place was intended as a film set - looks grand in Kasbah style - with a great pool area and reception areas but nothing else of consequence. Even the reception staff think they are 'extras' - just appear to be doing something constructive. The large resort style 'hotel' is located in the new town of Marrakech, about... More

Stayed here as part of a tour for one day at the start and two days at the end. Both times had pool view rooms each on the same standard, other rooms overlook the road or land waiting to be built on. Safe in room which you set to your own code. Free pool towels. Two pools smaller pool being... More

I stayed at Zalagh Kasbah September 18 and 19. The reception area was beautiful. My room had a pool view with a small covered balcony with table and two chairs. The bed (two twins pushed together) was very comfortable with lots of pillows. There were also blackout curtains behind the draperies for rest during the day and night. It was... More
