I just want to start off by saying that while searching hotels in marrakech i had read many negative reviews on Zalagh kasbah which despite the beautiful images, made me and my other half think twice. However we decided to go ahead with our booking and i can happily say that the decision we made was the right one. We... More

We arrived at this hotel as a result of an error on our travel agent's part! The hotel we were supposed to stay in had no knowledge of our booking, so it was arranged that we should go to Zalagh Kasbah. We really landed on our feet! The hotel room was clean and comfortable, though possibly in need of some... More

Just got back from this hotel, at first I was apprehensive when I read the reviews but a holiday is what you make it. We checked in late and were given a poor room, after speaking to Khalid at reception he changed our room in the morning and have just a nice room with pool view. The cleaners come round... More

I have literally come back to the uk and would like to express my views and experiance of the last 7 nights I have spent at zalagh kasbah hotel. The hotel itself is very nice... its very clean and most staff are very pleasant. However I felt very let down by one member of staff in particular who had arranged... More

Stayed for just over a week. Loved Morocco but had my wallet stolen whilst out in the souks on my first day. I expected at least one thing like this to happen. But what I didn't expect was to be laughed at and basically dismissed by hotel staff who let me use their phone to cancel my cards, only to... More

Stayed here for 14 nights in May/June and ultimately, I would not go back. Marrakech itself is an incredible city and i would recommend everyone i know to visit it at least once, but id advise them to avoid this hotel. We arrived at night and were hit with some form of tax bill, approximately 400dh, which we had no... More

Driving in we see the sign on the hotel is missing the Z and A and so the name LAGH is illuminated which give it a bad start. Reception is nicely set out but staff are unattentive with no greeting or welcome. Room was in need of a complete overhaul with plug sockets damaged, dirty marked walls and badly stained... More

the bads: -very far from downtown thankfully there are free shuttles. - very noisy (the side on the main street) even within the rooms, you can easily hear your neighbor. - impossible to have a quiet solo tan near the pool cause it's a "family" oriented hotel. - no Wifi in the rooms. - parking is so small, had to... Very nice clean and confortable hotel. Service is very good and prompt. I like the location, it is only 10-15 min free shuttle ride to Djemaa Fnaa..walking distance to Caeefour and small malls.. We once missed our return shuffle back by a few mins and the next shuttle dropped us back free..even though it was not his time to leave... More
