Day 1 - we arrive at the hotel early hours of Friday morning due to long delays at the airport (2.5 hours to get through passport control) when we finally arrive at the hotel (2 adults, 1 child (4) and 1 Infant (11 months) we are greeted by an extremely rude receptionist, we were not even offered a glass of... Had a week here A/I from 16th - 23rd July 2014. With Arabic being the first language and French the second, the resort is geared up mainly to cater for the French. However, that being said, if you can at least attempt a little French rather than expect everyone to speak English, this seems to go a long way. Guests... More

Went here years ago with my mum, food and drinks were average, drinks were actually not made from pure syrup or watered down, can't remember much but there was extremely loud music playing from at least 11pm till 1 in the morning the sound varies from were you stay around the hotel. The location is very remote, dusty and muddy... More

Review based on a week's stay, all inclusive, in August 2014. Atlas Targa is a large complex on the outskirts of Marrakech. When we were there the majority of residents appeared to be French, or certainly French speaking, with about 10% of guests from the UK. The location is right at the end of long road leading past a housing... More

This was our first ever all-inclusive so we might not be comparing this holiday to others, but what we got was far better than most of the reviews suggest. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Drinks including alcohol were freely available, though you weren't meant to take them to your room. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful but mostly in... More

I'm tired of all the criticisms. I found ALL BUT ONE of the staff to be LOVELY (Yes, that guy in Cosy who serves the French first & then gives them a glass, filled to the brim & then you a little pastic thing filled with the ice you didn't want. (Yes - he made me feel like a second... More

Straight off the bat; I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends/family. We visited Atlas Targa end of June/beginning of July, so it was during Ramadan, and I travelled with 3 of my friends. The service at the lobby/front desk was poor! The one particular person was abrupt and borderline rude! Quite disappointing to have this sort of... More

What we wanted was a good holiday cheap. What we got was a cheap holiday. When you are used to better and have been on numerous all inclusives throughout North Africa, then you realise that it is the small attention to detail that either makes or breaks the holiday. Having gone for the last two weeks in July14 we felt... More

It is miles away from the town or any shop. Cheap buffet and stale bread and everything. I am Moroccan and my husband is English, we went there for our first family trip with our newborn baby. They treated us badly to the point they refuse to give us hot water for our baby bottle. Our room smelled of sewage... More

Having booked this hotel and then read the reviews I was a little apprehensive about what we were letting ourselves in for. The hotel itself was very pleasant and the rooms were much better than expected. Kitchen, lounge, bedroom and en-suite was more than what we thought would be included. The all-inclusive was quite restrictive. One bar by the pool... More
