We stayed there only one night unfortunately. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The riad is beautiful and its location is great. Each room is unique and beautifully decorated. I could not recommend this place more! It was genuinely fantastic!!!

I stayed in a lot of Fosfaat. This one is super. Service, people in the Riad, food, space in the Riad and rooms. Everything is good. I would advice it very much.

stayed here 2 nights in February. We were brought there by Lahcen Boujouija from Around Morocco Tours and we were happy with that choice. The rooms and the whole place is brand new, and all the staff were very accomodating. All in all a high recommendation

This is a beautiful riad filled with artwork and custom furnishings. It is an oasis from the noise of the medina, yet convenient to the markets and historic sites. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. We were served a generous breakfast on the terrace, and enjoyed the very reasonably priced hammam and massage services. The only drawback is that walking... Although fairly close to the City Centre (15/20 mins walk) we felt this was an oasis of calm in the city. The reception we were given on arrival was lovely, and breakfast on the rooftop was a delightful experience. Evening meals however were over-priced, and too large! The Cus-Cus, although a beautful meal, was so enormous a dish that it... More

That says it all. The staff was most helpful, the rooms spacious and the surrounding typical for the city. Interesting views over the city from the roof terraces.

We only stayed 2 nights but fell for the Riad experience. These are small characterfull hotels converted from character buildings. The Ksar Anika is at the luxury end, stunning bedrooms and public areas around a central courtyard with small pools. No TVs in the rooms (deliberate to enhance the tranquility). A really peacefull oasis in this bustling town.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs all over the world and only recently, following retirement put the notion of comfort over price into the equation when choosing where to stay. At least now after a hard pounding day of tourism we can be assured of a pleasant rest at the end of it! Such a... More

We stayed in another Riad a couple of years' ago and enjoyed Marrakech and the Riad. We chose this Riad following a review in the Sunday Times and it was the best choice we could have made. We were looking for a quiet environment, good food, great service and sound advice for trips. We found all of that. Abderrazak and... More

I really liked ksar anika where i spent 15 days. I was overwhelmed. The décoration and the swimming pool and the meals are awesome. It's a place of peace and calm. It's a great place where you CAN spend amazing holidays with tour family.
