A good location, within the Madina but away from the madness of the centre. Spacious accommodation, excellent service, and friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant (served in the open) but rather expensive, four times the cost of meals in the city restaurants! Nice pool, lovely roof top terrace which is huge. A few repairs needed here and there but... More

This riad is great for couples or groups. They have a special dining room for groups that looks onto the courtyard area. The food was divine and so are the rooms. The decor is luxurious with comfy beds, white furnishings which make the rooms light and bright and great bathrooms. It is very quiet even though it is at the... More

Just back from a trip to Marrakech where we stayed in Ksar Anika. The location is excellent and we found all the staff to be very friendly and exremely helpful. The room we had was perfect with nice areas throughout the Riad to relax. Enjoyed the roof terrace where you can watch the hectic life that is Marrakech going on... More

After reading the reviews and being a solo traveler I decided to upgrade my experience to Riad Ksar Anika. We had just traveled from Merzouga and due to weather, etc., it was a long day and all I wanted to do was go to my room. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely young man who wanted to seat... More

This riad is just outside the medina wall in the SE corner, not far from the Palais Bahia. It's a not-very-pleasant 20 minute walk to the main square (Place Jemaa El Fna) or a 50 Dirham taxi ride. The riad itself is beautiful. There are some lovely public spaces for relaxing, including a pool. Our room was huge, beautifully decorated,... More

This is a lovely hotel maintained to a very high standard. The staff are friendly and the place is perfectly laid out with a lovely terrace, verandas, courtyard and swimming pool. Idyllic. The food was expensive for what it was. Worse part of staying here is that Marrakesh itself was a disappointment after this. The food was overall poor, and... More

Everyone has positive comments, so just go ahead and book this riad. Are you booked? Okay, now here's what you do ... - go up on the roof and look over the wall to the street on the front side of the riad. Observe Moroccan reality. I saw locals pass by on bikes, carts, donkeys, carriages, on foot and every... More

This is a beautiful ksar (small palace) with lovely staff, a roof terrace, small pool, lots of seating areas and, important in the winter, a restaurant lounge with a log fire. We were greeted with complimentary sweet mint tea and biscuits which is a tradition to ensure the stay is sweet, and there were more biscuits plus a bottle of... More

My first trip to Morrocco, 3 nights in December 14, short taxi ride from the airport took me into the Medina, the Beautiful Ksar Anika is a wonderful oasis in the hectic Marrakech, Mint Tea welcome before being taken to my room, which was ground floor with private terrace by the pool (as with others a bit cool to use),... The front desk and waiters were quite accommodating. When we mentioned that we enjoyed the fireplace and they lifted our table and carried it across the room so that we could enjoy the fire. We requested early breakfast times that they fulfilled without issue. The morning and evening doormen were always kind to help us out of the car. The... More
