I have stayed here several times and each time it just gets worse, This time I arrived with a group of clients and they had not got enough rooms for us, they tried several times to over charge me. I ate at the restaurant attached and again tried to over charge me which I think is very disrespectful as my... More

We wanted to do a day walk in the Zat Valley and needed somewhere convenient to stay. This hotel looked quite basic on the Internet so we weren't expecting much but we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a room upstairs with a little leafy balcony overlooking the large pool. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The... More

This place is not somewhere you would book but if you are traveling and need somewhere to stop off for the night its perfect. Nice staff, good food, nice wine, rooms are alright but nothing special. There is also a pool that looks alright but it was a bit cold for that sort of think when we were there.

We stayed here for a spontaneous night as a stop-over during a long journey from the desert to the coast. We hadn't booked beforehand, but the staff were quick to welcome us and get a roaring fire and delicious dinner ready in the restaurant. The room was simple but adequate, with a very comfy bed and plenty of blankets. It... More

After driving across the Atlas pass towards Marrakech this was a welcomed and spontaneous overnight stay. Simple but clean and very welcoming staff. Rooms basic but clean and quiet. Hot shower with good meal and breakfast included in price. Recommended as a reasonable price, basic hotel about 1 hour easy drive to the Marrakech airport.

the hotel is clean and friendly, the rooms are basic but good, there is a big garden, a swimming pool (without water when we stayed in March because it was still too cold) the food is good, we ate inside close to the fireplace, I recommand the place

We arrived here mid evening after crossing the pass over the Atlas, without a booking - but no problem, a friendly welcome and a specially prepared meal was on offer. The room was basic and had a few faults (notably a leaking sink and a broken door handle), but we got a comfortable and undisturbed night's sleep and a hot... More

The rooms and facilities at Le Coq Hardi are basic but the location, cleanliness, hospitality are exemplary. You can see that they are investing a lot of time and money to try to improve the facilities and everything that has been completed so far has been done to an excellent standard. As stated in previous comments there is no heating... More

Two friends of mine and myself are just back from our trip from Morocco. We had such a great time in that lovely country and we really enjoyed our trip. We stayed in Coq Hardi Hotel, it was clean and great place to spend your holidays. The stuff is friendly and the manager is a very polite person. They were... More

Room simple but clean and has all the basics you need. However, watch out if they offer you an electric heater in your room when it's cold, because they do not tell you that they will charge Euro 5 per day/night for it until you check out! Food and wine is straight forward but good, wholesome and filling. Staff seemed... More
