In the chaos of Marrakech is the oasis of calm that is Riad El Zohar. The warmest of welcomes,an ideal location in the heart of the medina and a beautiful and stylish interior made this a perfect choice. Nothing is too much trouble. Allan walked us to the square and pointed out the landmarks so that we could find our... More

our friend Rose who comes to Marrakch every six weeks recommended Riad Zohar to us and we definitely we're not disappointed! Allan and his wife Malika moved from the UK 7 years ago and along with their staff extremely friendly and helpful. nothing is too much trouble and Allan gave us invaluable advice to make our short but very lovely... A beautifully furnished historic riad located just next to the souks in the heart of Marrakesh. The epitome of what you would hope for in a Moroccan riad - a fabulous courtyard for el fresco dining , an intimate roof terrace with soft furnishings, and with just five beautifully decorated bedrooms it provides an intimate and quiet atmosphere. - a... Stayed three nights in this lovely riad in a fantastic location. Beautifully decorated with a calm tranquil atmosphere and several lounges for relaxing after a busy day shopping and bartering! We were in the room very near to the roof terrace with our own little outdoor area. The ceiling in this room is very low and gave the room a... More

As it was my first visit to Morocco and having spent most of my recent holidays in 5 star resorts i must confess to a slight concern as we left the airport and headed deep into Marrakech!!! After walking down what seemed like a maze of tunnels we arrived at the Riad Zohar and i couldnt believe my eyes. The... More

When the door of the Zohar is opened you enter an oasis of calm in a mad world! This was our first impression of the most beautiful Riad not far away from the amazing square in Marrakech. The rooms surround and look down on an open central courtyard with a small pool. We were served delicious local breakfast here by... More

it was so nice to come back to a mint tea and a dip in the pool after battling through the medina in July's heatwave! Food was exceptional I can thoroughly recommend the tagine - the best in Morocco. The staff could not have been more helpful

A very central location and helpful staff to guide us around the medina until we had got our bearings. Lovely sitting area on roof terrace and... More

My family and I had a wonderful time in Riad Zohar. Our children loved being cared for by Hayat and Habiba and eating their delicious traditional Moroccan dishes - as did their parents! Everything was perfect from the lovely breakfasts on the rooftop terrace to the gorgeous dinners in the groundfloor dining room. The spa pool and massage table were... More

The place is great and comfortable. The people extremely helpful. Best food in marrakesh. I recommend everybody to have a dinner there during your stay. I want to thank all the staff for their help with all the silly questions we had. Do not stay anywhere else if you are in marrakesh
