Having read the reviews before travelling - I was worried, but I needn't have been concerned. Yes, the hotel is a bit out of the main area - but taxis are inexpensive and the hotel provides an hourly bus service. Entertainment not great, but then is this really why you go to a country like Morocco?? Yes, the staff speak... More

My mother, friends and myself visited this hotel in November. It was a beautiful hotel with amazing stuff. In particular the driver was amazing. His name was Fatah. He looked after us very well and provided best excursions .Thank you Fatah and Abdul.

The hotel is located miles away from the city and there's nothing around except fields. The room was spacious but customer service was poorest I have had. On the day of arrival they made us wait for 2.5 hours to get our keys. By the time we got to the room and got changed it was 10 and their dinner... More

Just returned after a 3 day break with my daughter. I am disabled and a wheelchair user. The staff were wonderful and so friendly. Before we went we learnt some basic Arabic phrases and I tried to use my school French as much as I could and the staff appreciated our attempts to communicate with them in their own languages.... My mum and I have just returned after a 4 day break to this hotel and found everyone was eager to help us and were very friendly and polite. the entertainment staff were always coming over and chatting to us, the excursion staff really helped my mum who was wheelchair bound and the reception staff did speak a little English... I Read the reviews and thought try it out anyway, worse ever, the room was lovely and clean and the maid was nice, the pool was beautiful but freezing, The restaurant had loads of good food if you like meat on bones and loads of spices on everything, they have a Pizza oven with made-to-order pizzas, often the best choice,... Returned last week after a 4 night stay, reading reviews before was expecting the worst but it wasn't. Yes it's in the middle of nowhere but we went for a quiet break so no problem for us! Room was yes a little dated but clean, staff seemed busy cleaning everywhere or gardening all of the time. I saw it mentioned... More

Came for a nice, relaxing break over half term and whilst, due to the weather, this was achieved, it was not without challenge. Don't go expecting peace and quiet by the pool, bring a book as wifi is scarce and cover up when venturing into town as it's not safe for females travelling alone. In summary, the hotel is by... I have just come back from an OK 10 days at the hotel. The grounds and Pool are absolutely fantastic at this hotel. The pool guys work so hard at keeping it in tip top condition as do the gardening staff. Its an absolute credit to them. Certain members of the Reception staff are rude and just ignore you as...
