We stayed for three nights at the Riad Misria, on a short trip to experience the medina and souks of Marrakech. We got a very good deal via Expedia and to be honest, can't complain about much given what little we paid for the hotel! Pros: The airport transfer was very useful as we would not have found the Riad... More

The first thing to say is I would recommend the Riad Misria to anyone. I spent New Year there with my girlfriend and we feel it is definitely the best way to experience Marrakech. The rooms are great, extremely comfortable and also very beautiful, as is the whole riad. The best thing however is the staff, they were extremely friendly... More

The Riad Misria is a great place. An oasis in the middle of the Medina. Youssef, Aziz, Fatima (the staff) are just so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They really make you feel at home. The breakfast is very nice and the rooms are extremely comfortable. We had a fantastic time. I would recommend this Riad to everybody.

Could not get to the hotel by taxi. You have to walk about 500 yards through darkened alleys. Staff spoke minimal english. Breakfast the same everyday. No customer services. Pool 4 foot wide by 20 foot long. How this hotel got a 4/5 star rating is unbelievable. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

how to answer such a review: - heated swimming pool is 10 meters long!! that's true and quite amazing in a riad!! -Staff can speak English (not perfect) that's true -breakfast is different every morning and staff is taking care day and night -you have to walk in the medina but taxi can drop you round the corner if necessary.... I spent two nights at this Riad during my first ever trip to Marrakech. The staff at this establishment couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful towards me. On arrival I was greeted by Youssef with hot mint tea and biscuits. Traveling alone as a women I couldn't have felt more looked after with advice from where to dine and... More

We spent 5 days at this Riad. There is no other way to describe it as an oasis in the middle of the Medina! The place is great: big, confortable rooms. A nice terrace overseeing the town. A hammam, morrocan style and a small swimming pool. Sometimes we had to force ourselves to go our!!! The staff is friendly and... More

Went here pretty much ad hoc, after we fled from another hotel (see other review). After explaining our dire need for a room in Marrakech they kindly let us in. This Riad is run by very friendly staff and has nice, cool and tidy rooms available. It's located in the artisanal district, so it's pretty hard to find. But once... More

Just returned from a short break in Marrakech, we had to change our original dates and the family room we had booked was not available for the new dates, but Michel was able to sort us two rooms side by side at a very good price so we booked direct with him. We were met by taxi at the airport... More

My mother and I stayed here for two nights in the middle of our Morocco visit. It's a beautiful riad. There's a gorgeous courtyard, stunning rooms and a gorgeous pool. It is very centrally located for sightseeing around the medina and the staff is very helpful in arranging guides/taxis/tours...etc should you be interested.

The Riad Misria es a true tressure wihin the medina in Marrakech. It is an old traditional house restored with great taste, it has a great terrace with view of the medina, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable - with all the facilities one might wish: from Internet to soft pillows and a luxury shower. Its owner Michel, and... More
