Michelle has created an oasis of calm in the middle of madcap Marrakech. You are staying in 'real' Marrakech as opposed to other areas lined with large hotels. Michelle and his staff are wonderful hosts always prepared to help but happy to leave you to your own devices. Naima is a treasure and her cooking delicious. We look forward to... More

We stayed three nights in the Andalusia room. The riad is so beautiful Michelle has an eye for decor, detail and keeps the place immaculate and well organised. Even had a travel hairdryer in the room which was great for us taking only hand luggage. After navigating the busy, badgering but wonderful medina, a day out in the Ourika Valley... More

We stayed here as a party of 2 couples. The host could not be more helpful and everything was planned for and catered for. I contacted the owner, Michelle, by email and enquired about how & where it was best to change my currency into Dirhams on arrival as it is a restricted currency. it is not possible to change... Riad al Kadar was a very good choice for our stay in Marrakech. It is a riad where you can really relax, and feel at home. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning with lots of fresh fruit and pastries, and the two dinners we had were traditional Morrocan food, and it was delicious. The host was very helpful with... The Riad is located in the centre of the Medina. Quite and safe zone. Michele the owner, welcomed us like a family members, giving us all the attentions and possible suggestion to have a relaxing and cultural stay in Marrakech. The 4 rooms are decorated in a typical morocan style, and the attention to the details for the owner is... More

When Michele, the owner, opens the door of his Riad you step into one of the most typical expressions of Moroccan tradition and culture. In this very cosy and intimate Riad, you can relax leaving the rest of the world outside. Here everything is chosen with love and accuracy : the colours of the majolica, the mirrors of the bathrooms, the carpets,... Human scale and perfectly renovated riad within the medina only a 15' walk away from the main square Jemaa el fna. The rooms are very cosy, and the omnipresent italian owner Michele is continuously available to aid/assist whenever required. Breakfast and optional other meals are high quality and all presented with the same eye for detail. The roof terrace is... More

Just had to come back. Visited with a friend in march and just had to come back this time with my husband. Only 2 nights stay but they were so relaxing. Miki(Michele), the Italian owner is so welcoming. He makes the place stand out from the rest. The walk to 'La Place' the main square, although it takes 15 minutes... More

This beautiful Riad is located close to the Bab Ghemet and only a 20 minute walk away from Jamee Al Fna. Michele the owner of the Riad is the most amazing host paying attention to every detail to ensure your stay is extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Fresh flowers in the bedrooms and all around this beautifully decorated building. Breakfast is... More
