we really enjoyed our stay at the riad. helpful and very polite manager and staff. Breakfast was fresh and more than enough to start the day. Adil the manager and Badr were really helpful with their advices. food was absolutely heaven. i am a professional cook myself but i never forget the taste of the chicken tagine. the whole place... We enjoyed our stay at the Riad. Badar, Adil and Fouzia went over and above to make us feel welcome! The Riad is in a small alleyway very close to the Souks, about 20 mins from Djema El Fnaa and 30 mins from Jardin majorelle. Few issues we had though: We stayed in the Saddienee suite. The rooms are no-where... More

My husband and I chose Riad Cannelle for a special anniversary holiday. We had high expectations, and were delighted when these were far exceeded by the comfort, tranquility, and beauty of the riad, and by the quick, efficient, and highly attentive staff. Breakfasts were delicious - freshly squeezed orange, tea, coffee, bread, flatbread/pancakes and cake, served by Badr at whatever... More

We loved our two night stay at riad cannelle. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend booking a taxi through the guys at the riad before you arrive as there would be little to no chance on finding it yourself as it's down a very small alleyway and... More

I absolutely loved this Riad. I have never been to Marrakech before but we decided we would rather try a Riad and be in the middle of the medina as opposed to opting for a big chain hotel that doesn't quite have the same authenticity and I must admit, it was the best decision we made! The day before we... More

The place is very very nice. Staff is very friendly, fluent in English, and happy to help. The room we got (suite) is spacious, with a massive bath tub (very worth it), large king bed, and a small lobby. The Riad inside is very scenic, with a nice open space, and a small room for breakfast. The breakfast is home... More

Stayed here for 3 days as part of a romantic break and it was an oasis of calm, mainly due to the hospitality of Adil and the rest of the staff. Mint tea on arrival after a relaxing taxi ride from the airport organised by Adil we were quickly shown to our beautiful suite on the first floor with double... More

Stayed here for a week with my other half. The staff service was excellent. It was particularly cold during our stay (beginning of Feb) and they provided a couple of heaters which we used all the time as the fan in our room was not very effective (Sadienne Suite). The riad is simply furnished but comfortable. Breakfast was bread, heavy... More

We stayed here for three days in February - a little cold at night! The location is quiet, though like most places in the Medina tricky to find, particularly after dark. The room itself was fine with a comfortable bed and basic en-suite. Breakfast was good - coffee, tea, pancakes, cake... The staff were all WONDERFUL - quietly helpful with... More
