My partner and I stayed at the Royal Decameron for 4 nights and couldn't have asked for a more lovely relaxing break. The hotel was better than expected, set in lovely grounds where the gardeners worked endlessly to keep them watered and looking neat and tidy. We were in a block set back from the main reception and had lovely... More

This was a really attractive Spa and Hotel complex, with lots of activities if you had the energy. Swimming was the height of my exercise and there is both an indoor and outdoor pool. The food was excellent with lots of choice, mainly French cuisine, though in addition, there was a different theme each evening. The grounds are beautifully landscaped... More

Check in was swift, porter very helpful. Was allocated room 092, room backed on to nightclub loud music played until 2am in the morning and people talking loudly outside until 3am. This room was large but basic. Old fashioned TV which was unable to keep a stable signal. Bathroom and toilet together. Towels had seen better days, clean but grey... More

This hotel set in lovely grounds, was a great surprise to us. The food was delightful and the staff very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with 2 queen size beds. Although we were towards the older end of the age range of visitors the children, disco and lively atmosphere didn't bother us. The pool... More

2nd time in Marrakech and I would say that overall this is good value family accommodation. However if you sweat the small stuff though, you maybe disappointed. Pros : Family themed hotel plenty of activities for all the family day and evening entertainment Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming Cons: Hotel rooms are a bit tired/basic (you do not have... Rooms were okay but staff were very unhelpful. We were forced to pay a 770 euro all inclusive fee, not mentioned when booking initially and our names weren't on their system despite advance booking online and showing the confirmation email. Lady at reception was quite rude and practically laughed in our faces. Good hotel but definitely needs to work on... More

We (me, husband and 3yr old son) stayed in the Royal Decameron Issil in October 2014 and had a fantastic time! Yes, it's mostly a French speaking hotel, but if you make a slight effort in French the staff respond really well and they all tried out their English on us. What was nice was that there weren't too many... More
