I was a bit worried after reading some of the bad reviews on trip advisor, I think I must have been in a different hotel. There is not only French visitors in this hotel we met some lovely people from England, Italy, Dutch, Senegal and many more. The room we stayed in 65 was large clean and well decorated. All... More

The hotel is actually very nice and having been to Marrakech before, the issues with total absence of any information or assistance from the reception staff wasn't so much of an issue. They do however shoot themselves in the foot a bit, because they aren't even encouraging you to make the most of the hotel. The rooms are nice enough,... More

Just home from this hotel. Staff were OK at reception. They do understand you and speak good English (most of staff). Our concern was arriving at night and ATM not working. Also transport shuttle free bus not for our booking and as there is nothing outside of hotel used taxis which added up. No other choice. Food OK room OK... More

We are at the hotel presently. I visited a year ago and came back after a good experience but service has deteriorated. Reception staff were very unhelpful. Also beware they state there is a free bus to Marrakech but it is not available unless you book with Thomas Cook. Staff were very unhelpful and would not call taxi's we stood... More

Firstly we found it quite difficult to converse with the reception staff who were mostly French speaking. We didn't have a laptop with us and there were no facilities provided at the hotel. Our room was very basic, no fridge and had very large (2" long), high speed, cockroaches type beetles to greet us on our arrival. Also it had... More

Just got back from a week holiday at this resort. The place has lovely grounds, great variety of foods and very clean. The only thing that lets this place down is the animation team who i must say work very hard all day and evening but are very annoying....... if you are looking to relax by the pool during the... The staff at all levels were helpful and friendly, taking into account that english is basically the third language of this country and the hotel is a popular destination for the french a basic knowledge of french is helpful.... Just had a great long weekend, rooms clean but basic, food good, no falafel or hummus though? Got a little fed up of the contrived French entertainment, especially as we didn't get invited to join! Defiantly recommend getting a taxi tour loved the souk and spice shop, didn't want to leave, but we have to.

Yes, it's a french run resort - so everything is in French, but the staff speak decent english and apprieciated my schoolgirl french,I thought it was only polite to make the effort,as I would in any country abroad- and the bonus being NO chavs around! hooray! ;) The entertainment was lively and great fun,my family and I were included at every... Beautiful hotel just outside the city. Hotel very clean and friendly and room cleaned daily. All inclusive food generally lovely and local beers good. Local wine is horrible! Main thing that lets the hotel down is the annoying 'animation team' - meaning a team of High School Musical style gap year gimps doing the macarena in your face at all... More
