Best thing about this riad is the location, in the better part of Medina. Rooms are small. It has a lovely rooftop terrace. They serve continental breakfast, but they cook eggs if you ask. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

If you expect 5 star then this is not for you. But if you, like the Martin family, want a riad full of character and charm, supported by friendly hospitality of its staff, located in the inner ancient city with it's fascinating history and mystique, as well as within vey close walking distance to the Main Square and its Souks,... Great location. The rooms are not huge but certainly comfortable. High points are location and the amazing rooftop terrace. This is one of the best ways to start a day: great breakfast under the sun (or shade if you prefer). Not far from the place, the personnel is very helpful and gave us very good suggestions in terms of restaurants... More

The riad is close to Jamma el Fna square but impossible to find if you have not been in Marrakesh before. There are no signs pointing to the hotel and it's in a very narrow street in on of the souks. The breakfast was very basic and the mattress was hard. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3... More

Short walk to everything in the Medina including the Fnaa square. Bit difficult to locate at first but the ever helpful staff came and got me from a very poor Riad that I had spent the previous night in. There is a difference between run down and charming and this Riad is charming. Staff are led by the ever smiling... More

We came to Marrakesh for a belated honeymoon and were initially planning to book an all inclusive hotel out in the Palmerie. We decided that to stay somewhere like that would be like staying 'anywhere' and felt a riad would be more authentic and more of an experience. Also we didn't want to be reliant on a taxi everytime that... More

On arrival at the Riad we were met by Abdou who proved to be very helpfull and informative and has a passion for the history of his culture, Morocco and its people. We arrived late and hungry you have to give notice to eat at the riad however Abdou kindly escorted myself and my freind to the main square to... More

On our arrival at the Riad we were made to feel very welcome and served 'berber whisky' or mint tea to us. All the staff where lovely in particular Abdua who always went the extra mile, escorting us to the main square on our first night (we arrived in the evening) so we could get food and even going so... The riad itself is very charming - a real oasis away from the intensity of the city. Upon arrival we were served a really delicious supper, however breakfast wasn't quite as exciting. We stayed in two of the rooms - Azerbal and Illy. The former was spacious and comfortable, however there are no windows sthis you like an airy room,... More

The riad is in in the Medina and the taxi is not able to take us to the Door . It is compreensible because streets in Medina are really narrow. There is always someone helping us and take car of luggadge. The riad is a good architecture inside and rooms are clean. Stuff are nice and it is easy to... More
