Great location for exploring the old city. Friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely rooms, lovely breakfast. We liked it so much we booked to come back at the end of our trip aswell after we had been elsewhere in Morocco. Great find.

The location was fantastic even though it is hard to find at first. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was pretty good. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. One of the best things is there is a cat. I would highly suggest this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in a convenient area.

We stayed here for 3 nights June 30- July 3. It's central location was great for us as we loved the shops and street vendors all along the way to the main square. You must leave your western expectations at home when traveling in order to more fully enjoy the experience! The Riad was beautiful and the people were very... More

The Riad was beautifully decorated and completely charming! Breakfast was incredible- freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt, traditional pancakes made with orange blossom, amazing honey and apricot jam! Relaxing with mint tea on the roof terrace was lovely after pounding the lively streets of Marrakech, and I slept so well in the comfy beds. Lovely spacious ensuite bathrooms and fresh towels... The riad is a five minute (well, ten by the time you've negotiated the sellers and motorbikes) to Jmaa al fna (the central square). It has a relaxed atmosphere, like a cross between a hostel and a B and B. They have a great cook who makes a mean aubergine and olive starter and stayed behind to cook us a... More

Though it was quite difficult to find in medina, it was a very nice place to stay. Clean, authentic, friendly staff and the cat, which slept with me in my bed :) It was pity we stayed here only one night, but I hope we will come back one day again.

Four 30's girls stayed her for 3 nights in February, we arranged a airport pickup and we were taken straight to the Riad (which we would never have found it otherwise). Arrived to be offered some lovely mint tea, we were shown to a quad room which was really nice overlooking the courtyard below. Breakfast the next day was really... More

Just came back from a long weekend stay at Dar Limoun. It was home away from home. the staff were extremely friendly and no ask was too big! We met quite a few people and immediately struck up a conversation that lasted for a few days! The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy, lending itself to settle in as if you're... More

We stayed in this Riad for 5 nights and were extremly disspointed that it was over so quickly! We got lost on the way there (were taken to a riad with the same name but helped by local people to get to the right one - for the right price). We were greeted by Mohammed who prepared for us delicious... More

Just back from a 3 night stay at Riad dar Limoun Amara. Having read the reviews and seen the photos my expectations were high yet Riad dar Limoun Amara exceeded them all! Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the Riad exceptionally safe and the food was sensational. As previous reviewers have mentioned, Mohammed was a delight, nothing was too... More
