Room is nicely appointed and the riad is quiet. The staff is willing but unfortunately has had no training. I arrived and the maid tried to help out but all she could do was give me some mint tea and cookies. I showed myself to the room. Breakfast the first day was pretty bad so we made a fuss and... I missed my flight to Marrakech thanks to Iberia so when I arrived the guest "pick up" was not there. Information desk at airport made the call to the riad to ask for directions for a taxi they had kindly called for me. Jerome answered his cellphone and told them to call back and talk to administration. We tried and... More

The team at this hotel are perfect. Kind attentive and very welcoming. The best hotel I have ever stayed in! It is a little gem hidden away off the main path. If you can choose an upstairs room. These offer a little more privacy. When you arrive they sit down with u drink tea, get out a local map and... More

It was a lovely Riad very close to the main square, but quite and away from the hustle & bustle sat the same time. The hospitality shown was incredible. We had a room on the 1st floor which was lovely. No issues with noise or beds as I had read previously in other reviews.

We stayed there for 6 nights last week and enjoyed the place very much. My partner wasn't very well at the beginning of our stay so they arrange for a GP to come over and to give him some antibiotics. Yummy breakfast which consisted of Moroccan pancakes, bread and cheese, jams and honey, cake, yogurt (have it on the roof... More

lovely traditional riad very close to everything. the hotel serves lovely food with alcohol if required at a reasonable cost. I would strongly advise taking advantage of the offer of transfer from the airport as this riad is very difficult to find on your own and after dark.. The rooms were lovely, great breakfast served on the roof terrace and... More

I had stayed in this Riad for one night. Girls working their don't speak English but were very nice. The place is nice clean and quite. Had a pleasant time and would go back if end up in Morrocco again... I Recommend the place to any person who is looking for an escape from the center of town

We only spent one night hearer. I wish we had spent more. The staff were absolutely lovely and the road was beautiful. Really clean in a lovely quiet part of the medina. As we were only staying one night we opted to have the evening meal and it was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable. Breakfast the next morning was... More

We had read in previous reviews there was one room which has a bad bathroom smell. We asked not to have this room and the only other vacant room was on the ground floor which had a bed that was like sleeping on concrete. The manager could tell we were not happy and suggested we find another riad or hotel. We booked and... I have so many good things to say about this riad. The transfer from the airport was smooth and easy, and we were greeted with a lovely homecooked meal when we arrived. The decor was lovely, very comfortable and relaxing. Said the manager is incredibly helpful and very quick to make you feel at home. And the roof terrace has... More
