We are just back from an amazing week, where from day one we were treated like royalty. Our room "the Menzeh" was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Houda was an excellent hostess, nothing was too much trouble for her. If there was a Moroccan Master Chef Zainab would win hands down, her food was superb. Jamal served us at breakfast... More

We stayed here twice during our visit to Morocco so got to try 2 different rooms; both fabulous - comfortable, roomy, stylish with great bathrooms. Jamal the night guard is a wonderful host, friendly and attentive. The food is great - in fact, the dinner we had here was the tastiest we had in all our visit around Morocco (and... More

We stayed in the Berber room overlooking the pool and dining area. The room is large and the bathroom is beautiful. We got wifi everywhere in the room. Houda and Jamal love what they do, and they serve with a smile. They consistently tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is quiet, and definitely suitable for... More

I stayed with friends in the Riad and I were amazed by the hospitality of the people there and by the coziness and beauty of the Riad itself. Anytime we needed anything or help with the city, the staff were keen on helping right away. The rooms are furnished with class (each as a different style!) and they are quiet.... More

Excellent service, very warm welcome, I recommend the Spa, the traditional bath and massage are amazing! The hotel provide airport transfer, tours, guides, and local food! Even I had the chance to be invited to watch a traditional wedding ceremony, very nice and interesting!

My partner and myself stayed here for 5 nights in November. We organised a transfer with riad as it is a difficult place to find. On arrival we were served moroccan tea which was nice, we also ate there on the first night. The food was good but quite small portions. Our room was large and well kept but quite... More

The Riad itself is nice and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was ok, but very French, as no cheese, vegetables etc. We only got some fruits upon request. Only one cup of coffee was served and we had to constantly ask for refill. Service was a bit clumsy and slow throughout the stay. It was also disturbing that little guys... More

Thank you very much for all our guest that stay with us, we are very happy and very welcoming for all the tourist that come to visit us, the riad is located on the heart of the old medina and it is very normal that this area is very busy as we are very close to the souks ( Moroccan... More

I visited Merrakech with my 10 year old son as a single parent. Merrakech was an extraordinary experience for my son who has been born and brought up in the UK. Merrakech has new and old (Medina) parts of the city. I would strongly recommend to stay in old city as it gives the ture Morroco experience rather than New... More

For anyone thinking of staying in the craziness of the Marrakech Medina then I can highly recommend this Riad. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are superb, breakfast was really good and they even offer an option of a traditional Moroccon evening meal. The value for money is excellent also. Located about 5 mins walk from main square Jamee... More

The riad was reasonable though in comparison to the places I have stayed since I found the pricing a bit expensive. For this price, I would have loved the WIFI to work in the rooms - a big downside for an entrepreneur who works and travels. Houda was really an excellent host! Originally booked in a room that had no... More
