We had a really good experience staying here for 1 night before departing from Marrakesh. Our room (pool view) was large, clean, comfortable and featured nice linen and nice bath products. Staff at check in were friendly and efficient, when checking in they informed us breakfast was included in our room rate, i explained unfortunately we would need to be... More

Stay was a treat for my wife. On the sites the pictures looked great. Close to airport but you wouldn't know that really. Problems! Fridge not on so for a short stay the fridge finally got cold on our departure! Concerned about security, they are certainly not as it took them 24hrs to come and fix a window, not good... More

The hotel in itself is nice and charming. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The swimming pool area is also pleasant and well taken care of. The staff is the most unfriendly people ever and even rude on some occasions, which makes one feel the most unwelcome guest ever. The only people who might try to smile are the guys... More

I booked this hotel via last minute.com,by requesting a '5 star mystery hotel'. We had been looking at golf booking companies' prices, and found them to be expensive because they did not include flights. The price we got was very good, and we were very pleased with the accommodation and the food. On arrival, we were asked what sort of room... More

Highly recommended. I stayed in this hotel for three nights and had very good experience. Staff were so nice as well as the hotel's atmosphere was so good and peaceful. Breakfast included, complete buffet with salmon, cheese, and other cold items; nine kinds of fresh fruit; Moroccan specialties; eggs and omelettes; twelve varieties of jam. All the staff speak French,... More

The hotel was very nice and clean and the rooms were nice. It had a long pool as well which was quiet. However, we were a group of 3 guys and it was not suitable for us. There were not many other young groups of people, the entertainment was absolutely shocking and the surrounding area is terrible. We bought some... More

Travelled in a group of 3 girls. The hotel were super friendly and helpful. We asked for second floor rooms adjoining each other which we got. The hotel is large, airy and beautiful. Quiet and relaxed. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Good food at breakfast. Pool bar serves snacks at a good price and huge portion. Pizza amazing as... More

When we arrived we found our room was as close to the Pacha nightclub as possible so we asked to be moved to a quieter room, where upon they took us to a room directly under the first one. After we had trekked back to the front desk to point this out we finally got a suitable room. On looking... More

just back from a week holiday at this hotel. arrived late at night, where we had hell from dealing with the taxi driver tried to over charge us, we settled on 130 dams ( normal price should be 70). In the hotel the first room they offered was overrun by ants, so we returned to reception where the second they... More

The hotel itself is quite nice, spacious and very authentic feeling, pool is good, nice and large, though only 1.27 m deep. The rooms are nice and spacious, we were allocated a garden (road) view and having read trip advisor asked to moved to a pool view, but were told we'd have to pay 100dm per night, so we declined....
