I came for a holiday trip from NYC. I had a very good experience starting with the front desk which can sometimes be a turnoff in some hotels. I believe her name was Amal. She really stood out and made us feel that we chose the right place. She was very welcoming and friendly and helped us understand the layout... More

It is not necessarily a 5 star hotel but it gets 5 stars for service and value for money. The service was mostly good, when we arrived our air conditioning wasnt very cold - one room was sorted out although the second room still had issues. Breakfast has a wide range of options, and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Greate 3... More

A breath-taking beautiful hotel, in a good location. A ten minute taxi ride to the centre. The bedrooms are large and lavishly designed. my room overlooked the large pool area. Poolside café available..

"I don't care" "Don't stay here if you like it". These were the words from the manager's mouth. We came on a group tour. Understandably it's not easy to accommodate a large group. But when we arrived, our rooms were not ready. They just started making key cards. Some appliances and amenities did not work. During breakfast a lot of... More

Stayed here for a week and have to say the settings of the hotel is top class. Beautifully layed out and the lobby areas are amazing. Pool is bigger than you see in most hotels and a nice place to chill in the sun. Rooms were also very big and spacious and also clean. Food in the restaurant left a... More

Second time I have stayed here this year!! I love it. Rooms huge, fridge stocked, comfy beds. Cleaner was fabulous. Plenty towels, toilet paper (saw this comments in an other review!) room perfectly and everything in good working order we stayed in room 2050. Staff are beyond friendly and helpful, from reception to the cafe, bar and restaurant. This is... More

Having read some mixed reviews about this view I went with an open mind. I know nowhere is going to appeal to everyone but I was pleasantly surprised. I would have liked to experience a Riad however, this wasn’t practical as we had a car! We chose this hotel because from the pictures it looked very traditional, it wasn’t too... More

Nice looking hotel with pool and spa. But well far from the center. The rooms were fairly large but need maintenance. Much was broken or worn, like the hotel in general. Service was not the best. They constantly refused to refill the toilet paper and towels for 3 people. Having to nag at holiday is no fun.

You are warned!! Don't be foolish like me! OLD DIRTY HOTEL! UNFRIENDLY FACES WILL MEET U! Rooms are old with a horrible smell! Looking forward to leave this ugly place! The number of stars is a bad joke!

Just came back from Morocco with my hubby. Stayed 4 nights. Hotel nice clean and comfortable. Not alot of choice for breakfast. Probably because it was out of season. Visited atlas mountains and Essaoiura. Really worth seeing. Overall had a really good break.
