Travelled in a group of 3 girls. The hotel were super friendly and helpful. We asked for second floor rooms adjoining each other which we got. The hotel is large, airy and beautiful. Quiet and relaxed. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Good food at breakfast. Pool bar serves snacks at a good price and huge portion. Pizza amazing as... More

When we arrived we found our room was as close to the Pacha nightclub as possible so we asked to be moved to a quieter room, where upon they took us to a room directly under the first one. After we had trekked back to the front desk to point this out we finally got a suitable room. On looking... More

just back from a week holiday at this hotel. arrived late at night, where we had hell from dealing with the taxi driver tried to over charge us, we settled on 130 dams ( normal price should be 70). In the hotel the first room they offered was overrun by ants, so we returned to reception where the second they... More

The hotel itself is quite nice, spacious and very authentic feeling, pool is good, nice and large, though only 1.27 m deep. The rooms are nice and spacious, we were allocated a garden (road) view and having read trip advisor asked to moved to a pool view, but were told we'd have to pay 100dm per night, so we declined.... We've stayed over 4 days on a business visit to Marrakech and I must say I was amazed by this hotel. Clean, nice rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff. Our hero: Hicham at the bar. The PR, Hélène, is such a sweet person who will make everything to keep you happy and in comfort. There is a mall just... More

Lovely hotel with opulent reception area and very close to the medina. Thing is there is a nightclub next door and the music is so loud at the weekends. When contacting reception they said they would go out and listen! Work was going on at the rear of the property when there too (March) so hopefully that is all complete... More

We have just returned from a week at this hotel and from the first sight until the last minute we were delighted. We arrived late evening and were immediately impressed by the outer courtyard and reception hall - very impressive and Moroccan in feel. It is a large hotel and the corridor of bedrooms goes on for miles prompting jokes... More

This hotel is the perfect location if you want something away from the centre but still with easy access. It is a 10 min taxi drive to the centre and costs about 50dh which is about 3 pounds. Perfect for us as didnt want the busyness of the centre all the time. The hotel itself is beautiful with lovey decoration... More

The hotel is overall nice and clean. Staff are helpful but English is not spoken by all staff. Some minor problems we found and when reported they were looked at and replaced. Safe did not work – maintenance came twice and still left with non-working safe – gave up. Fridge was not working and a replacement fridge was setup in... More

Advertised as a 5 stars, not so sure about that as there isn't an iron in our room and no bottled water left daily as you would expect. After reading a review from Charlotte B... Things being stolen from there room, I was suspicious so as always I locked all valuables in the room safe. We are still staying here... More
