All the ingredients of a good hotel but sadly no better than average. Nice touch leaving biscuits in the room but all rather undone when infested with ants on arrival! Front desk feels bureaucratic. Breakfast staff not focussed and it all arrives in their time. With the right management and a good kick up the ... of certain staff it... More

This place advertises itself as a 5* which you may buy into .. well.. until you start asking for service .. ++Facility is good/very good: outstanding swimming pool, rooms and lobby nicely decorated and SPA area is very nice. -- Some "issues" seen in the room: handle of the bathroom door broken, shower does not hold properly, etc. -- Though... I stayed at hotel les jardins de l'agdal and sadly the hotel experience was largely negative. I have summarised my comments under the following areas that I consider important in a hotel. Building: Beautiful and well decorated. Room: Nice double bed, adequately equipped with ensuite but bathroom did not have any toothbrush cups nor any bins. Shower did not have... More

Customer service was excellent as we left the receptionist with a time and name of restaurant for a reservation each night and it was organised for us. The staff were very helpful throughout especially when the weather was rainy, they escorted us to a cab with umbrellas. The hotel itself was gorgeous, The reception and pool in particular. Bring a... Les Jardins de l'Agdal is a beautiful grand hotel conveniently located a few minutes walk from a modern shopping area with Carrefour, international shops and restaurants and also 25 mins walk away from hustle and bustle of Jemaa el-Fnaa. From the grand entrance, to beautifully decorated spacious reception, complete with traditional rugs, comfortable seating, water fountains, hammans and colourful fauna,... More

I didn't expect much after reading some of the reviews of this hotel on here, but on arrival I was very pleasantly surprised. This hotel is beautifully designed in the traditional Morrocan style, but still maintains a clean, contemporary air. The rooms are spotless and well equipped; ours did overlook building work, but there was never much going on and... More

This is a hotel some few kilometres from the cente of Marrakech in a peaceful but touristic area. There is a shuttlebus going to the medina (old town) and in the evenings you can take a taxi back for 50 dirham. The hotel is big and spacious With beautiful typical arabic architecture. The service varies abit, and for being such... More

Stayed overnight whilst on business. The hotel is a large fairly new tourist style hotel located about 10 minutes away from the old city (making it easier to park at the hotel etc.) Large room, with sofa and small balcony overlooking the pool. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and gave a good night's sleep.... More

Three of us stayed at the hotel over New Year for 9 nights. In summary, the hotel was extremely good in certain areas, but had some issues in other areas. Make no mistake by thinking this hotel is of 5* quality; the hotel is a solid 4*. Decor and design: the hotel exhibits a 4* design throughout with nice Moroccan... More

the hotel is ok, I would say a 4 star. Rooms ok, spacious and lighty. Choose the rooms toward the pool as the outside rooms have the road on one side and not a nice view on the other side. Space around the pool very beautiful. Restaurant for breakfast very sad,.. Breakfast outside is ok but in winter may be... More
