The hotel is beautiful, as is the outdoor pool (though the water was COLD when we were there in April). There is also an indoor pool, as part of the spa, which our family spent more time in. (There's a daily fee.) The drawback is the service at the restaurants and bar and front desk. The staff doesn't seem well... More

After searching for what felt like forever for a decent hotel that offered a good location and a reasonable price - I came across the Les Jardins de Agdal Hotel. Great facilities, easy to get into the medina, staff were so helpful and polite - experienced no rudeness. They have a currency exchange which was so useful because it offered... More

The hotel is on the outskirts of Marrakech in a hotel zone, going to town will take around 20 minutes. The lobby and whole terrain are well done, with a good traditional atmosphere despite it being a new construction. Pool is very nice and so are the rooms, that are comfortable and have a good ambiance. I didn't experience the... More

Nothing special, personnel is not very interested in make you feel at home, especially at reception. They overcharge me on my credist card and make the remoboursemnt process painfull. There are many other hotel closer to Marrakesh and probably better. I will not retuirn there or recommend it to anybody.

As we got in the hotel, the entrance was spacious, cosy, and warm. Then the bad service of receptionists deceived us, no kindness at all even in front of guests, i could clearly see the tension between them. ROOMS; when we moved to the room after that awful check-in. Sink is blocked, unmade bed, we changed the room immediately after... More

All the ingredients of a good hotel but sadly no better than average. Nice touch leaving biscuits in the room but all rather undone when infested with ants on arrival! Front desk feels bureaucratic. Breakfast staff not focussed and it all arrives in their time. With the right management and a good kick up the ... of certain staff it... More

This place advertises itself as a 5* which you may buy into .. well.. until you start asking for service .. ++Facility is good/very good: outstanding swimming pool, rooms and lobby nicely decorated and SPA area is very nice. -- Some "issues" seen in the room: handle of the bathroom door broken, shower does not hold properly, etc. -- Though... I stayed at hotel les jardins de l'agdal and sadly the hotel experience was largely negative. I have summarised my comments under the following areas that I consider important in a hotel. Building: Beautiful and well decorated. Room: Nice double bed, adequately equipped with ensuite but bathroom did not have any toothbrush cups nor any bins. Shower did not have... More

Customer service was excellent as we left the receptionist with a time and name of restaurant for a reservation each night and it was organised for us. The staff were very helpful throughout especially when the weather was rainy, they escorted us to a cab with umbrellas. The hotel itself was gorgeous, The reception and pool in particular. Bring a...
