My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days in January. We got lost on our way and happened to bump into the owner who somehow knew who we were and took us to the hotel, immediately welcoming us, making us feel at home and feeding us tea and biscuits. This set the tone for the rest of the stay,... More

Many thanks the guys who care about us whole 2 days. I never had experience like this. For example they arrange for us secure parking and of the end they drove with us show us how we can get out of medina. The Riad is situated in quiet area, but still near the medina I highly recommend s place. Tha

My husband and I have just returned from a five day stay at Riad Louaya. On the first day, we could have not found the way if they had not picked us up from the airport. Asma welcomed us and showed us our room. The only problem with her was, that she could not speak English. Apart from this, she... More

We stayed in the Riad Louaya for a week and we will come back again for sure. Very well located, even if tricky to find the first time, neat to Djeema El Fna and Dar el Bacha souk's entrance. The atmosphere is lovely, the food is great and the staff is gentle and helpful. We stayed there for my girlfriend's... More

+ Beautifully decorated Lovely bathroom with working toilet (this shouldn't be a bonus, but I've found in regards to Moroccan accommodation, that this really is a big bonus) Very helpful employees Free wifi or access to their wifi enabled computer (if you didn't bring a tablet/comp/phone) Great breakfast - Room had a musty kind of smell initially. I opened the... More

A bit tricky to find, but once you're there its very peaceful, relaxing and secluded. Wonderful breakfast every morning included, with the traditional morroccan tea! Staff very freindly and helpful, especially the manager whose english is word perfect and was always on hand to help- or chase after us with an umbrella on an overcast day! Wonderful roof terrace for... More

We stayed at Riad Louaya for a couple of nights and then returned for one more. We really enjoyed our stay there. We did find the Riad difficult to find, but other reviewers did not have the same problem so it may be down to our map reading skills (the taxi driver sending us in the wrong direction did not... While touring Morocco for 35 days, this Riad was perfect for all the reasons: great location (just 10 minutes walk to Djemaa El-Fna, Koutobia and other historic sites plus banks, exchanges, ATM, etc), simple but beautiful cozy room, clean and above all a great place to relax in the calm medina' alleyways during my 8 days in Marrakech! Nice and... More

I stayed in Riad Louaya for 3 nights with my mother and sister. We liked this riad because: - it's relatively easy to find: it's close to Dar el Bacha palace and famous restaurants Dar Moha and Dar Marjana, so it's easy to tell taxi driver/caleche driver where to go - It's relatively close to important sights: Marrakesh museum/Madrasah Ben...
