The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The hotel organised a taxi collection from the airport at a reasonable price which dropped us at one of the entrances to the old city, where someone carried our bags a short (3 minute) walk to the Riyadh. The traditional building with an inner courtyard is pretty, very peaceful and very... More

Amin was very professional,Rachid was amazing, and Samira was great. The Riad is very quiet, very nicely decorated and closely located to sahat al fna. I travelled 10 times to Morocco in the last years, and Riad Alamir was absolutely the best choice ever done. It was a pleasure to spend there a few days. At the beginning we booked a room for two nights, then we decided to stay longer and we stayed six night in total. Everybody was so nice, like at home.... More

This riad is striking - beautiful courtyard with a pool, rooms with stained glass windows, warmly lit throughout. Also a good location walking distance to the Jemaa el Fna. Downside was that the person who greeted me, while helpful at times, also took advantage at others. When I first arrived and wanted to get something to eat at night, he... More

Cosy riad in the middle the medina, easy access to the markets, parks and attractions. Rashid, the riad guardian, was very helpful and gave us a lot of local information. BTW...don't go near the snake charmers (they will throw a snake around your neck and charge you 200 dirhams for a photo !!)

Riad Alamir is well situated and looks very authentic. It is very peaceful and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. A special mention to Rachid who was very attentive and tried to make our stay as comfy as possible.

Well run, well located, clean, practical, and very convenient place to stay. Despite the fact that it is run by staff rather than the owner, they were very welcoming, very pleasant and helpful and the place was so well looked after. A big thank you to all the staff but in particular Rasheed for making it very special for us.

Simply LOVED the stay in Riad Alamir. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Especially Rachid who came to the Town gate to receive us and toured us to the Riad through the lovely Moroccan Souk. We were received at Riad Alamir with some amazing Moroccan Mint-Tea and Snacks! The Riad is excellently well kept, clean, comfortable and quiet. The... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were very nice and helpful and went out of thier way to help us for bookings/directions etc. The Riad was a lovely peaceful haven to rest in from the busy souks buy yet was in a perfect position to visit all of Marrakech's centre sites. Breakfast was plenty and the decoration... More

Enjoyed this Riad, it's worth the money you pay. Rashid was always helpful and pleasant. The location is very close to the medina and we walked to various sites from this location. Although the labyrinth of streets can be dark at night, it's safe. We had dinner there one evening and it was very, very good. Enjoyed the breakfasts each... More
