We really enjoyed our stay in Marrakech and the Riad was lovely. The people who run it are very helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to ensure our stay was a pleasant one and we were very comfortable there. I would definitely return.

Terrible experience on Moroccan Hospitality experience. Upon arrival, horrible smell in our room. Always begging for towels every day ! We had money taken from our room, and after talking to the owner he refused to take responsibility, or to deal with the situation, almost accused us of lying and then did not even make any attempt to apologize or try to make ammends for the situation.A shame because it totally ruined our stay in Morocco.
