Thankyou Francoise, for a lovely holiday! Have just got back to the UK and am missing the lovely ecolodge quaryati already. Just as others have said, beautiful grounds, friendly and polite staff, healthy and delicious food... we did some trips while there - quad biking, trips to medina.... but were also grateful to return to the tranquillity of the grounds.... Our stay comprised 7 days 20–27 December, the first time we had been away for Christmas since we were married back in the mists of last century. We had neither of us been to Maroc, nor even to Africa, and had no real idea what to expect. In the dark, Quaryati Lodge seemed a long, long way up a bumpy... More

We are back from a 3 night stay coming to rejuvenate after a week travelling. We have 3 children who were made to feel very welcome. We really liked the decor, the place feels luxurious enough without imposing on he the surrounding area as it is built in traditional style. The food is also very good and Francoise was really... + The location of Quarayti is stunning, there's a beautiful pool and a view of the atlas mountains. The reception area and rooms were really lovely too, very clean and welcoming. It had a relaxing atmosphere and was very peaceful, not the place to go if you want entertainment and activities but somewhere to go if you want a little... More

Had a 5 night visit at the Quaryati Eco Lodge. The lodge has been open for just over three years and the staff/owner are all very helpful/friendly. What I liked was the hotel recruits local village workers, who work here full time and some of the families helped build the hotel. Was strange having a hamam then being served dinner... More

I stayed here with my girlfriend at the beginning of September. On balance we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, but there are definitely things they could improve. The pool and gardens are amazing. If you want a relaxing week, this is definitely the place to come. Its out of the way, and all we did was sit by the pool... More

I don't normally bother reviewing hotels or restaurants so that is an indication of how impressed I was by this gem of a place. The setting is fabulous, very beautiful, well thought out and very clean and comfortable. The gardens are a complete delight. It provided a very welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech - just perfect.... More

What a lovely place to spend a week! It was so relaxing. Ok it's a long way from anywhere but there is a daily taxi provided into Marrakesh, although one visit was enough for us. The grounds are lovely, the pool area is great, but the water is quite bracing! The staff are wonderful, all of them friendly and caring.... More

My partner and I were really disappointed with the hotel 'services'... Or rather severe lack of. We enjoyed the trip to the Atlas Mountains although I asked for a small car for 4x people and this was misunderstood for a 4x4 and we were charged the higher rate when I asked the manageress about this she waved her arm in... I was very disappointed with my stay here at the start of September. Although the complex was very clean and the staff were friendly enough I would not return here for a number of reasons. It is very secluded up a dirt track for 40 mins so if you do not like what is on offer then there's not much... More
