We can't recommend the Riad Slawi highly enough. The manager Adam could not have been more helpful. He did all he could to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable - booking taxis, trips and restaurants, helping us find our bearings, offering advice and organising a superb meal for us in the Riad on our last night. The Riad is beautifully restored... More

We recently returned from a three night stay at Riad Slawi and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Adam the owner is incredibly thoughtful, hospitable, and clearly wants to make sure that the people who stay at his Riad, feel like they really are at home. Freshly prepared breakfast every morning and exceptionally good dinners every evening. The room was lovely... More

I recently returned from a four-day stay in Marrakech, and couldn't recommend this riad enough. The riad itself was just stunning - beautiful interiors, large rooms, high ceilings, a gorgeous internal courtyard for breakfast, and all decked out in local style. I felt like I'd been dropped right into one of those beautiful 'Moroccan design' coffee table books. Adam, the... More

We had a fantastic stay in Riad Slawi. The owner; Adam was extremely helpful with suggesting restaurants nearby and places we might want to visit. The Riad was beautiful, our room was lovely with plenty of space and even our own mini-living room. Breakfast in the atrium downstairs was lovely and the perfect setting for a taste of morocco. Really... More

Our trip to Morocco was unique in that we came with bicycles and planned on touring the country for a month on two wheels. Before we even arrived at Riad Slawi, Adam the proprietor, arranged for an airport pickup that was seamless. He met us at the taxi stand, having already made arrangements at a nearby parking garage for storage... More

Stayed here with a relative for a week. Adam with his 'hands on approach,' who is in charge, made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. His talented staff prepared wonderful, health delicious food for us. Chicken with olive marinade, baked fish stuffed with noodles and prawns. Crispy fresh salads with yogurt dressing. The rooms were decorated with... More

Adam treats you like you are family and helps you feel so comfortable and makes you feel like you are in a very special place. We came in very early with no warning. He greeted us and gave us a great Moroccan breakfast, even though we did not deserve it till the next day. Imagine a hotel doing that. During... More

This raid is run by Adam, who spent his early years in Canada, so he's fluent in English, French and Darija, the local Arabic dialect. Adam went out of his way to be helpful, volunteering to pick up advance tickets at the train station (recommended, since your seats are more likely to be by the window and the AC vent)... More

Adam, the owner of the Riad, sorted everything out for us on our week's holiday in Morocco. He arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport for €15. No problems at all. The driver was very polite and didn't seem at all bothered that we were about an hour late. On our arrival he provided delicious mint tea,... More
