We arrived around midnight and the check in went smoothly. The hotel is near to the market and main attractions in the city center though we couldnt find any supermarket in the vicinity only 15 minutes walk away. The wifi is as bad as written everywhere and hard to connect. The breakfast was ok, nothing local just your typical ham,... More

The building is old and should be renovated rooms also and even furnishings. In my room the bidet had been repositioned in the wrong way and you could not use comfortably; the shower pressure was low and the water was not very hot. The desk had a broken foot. The bed on one side had a dip; so it was... More

Stayed for 4 nights end of May, go with no expectations and you will be ok!! Hotel is dated and in need of TLC however when we were there they were decorating a room so looks like they are in the process! The rooms are dated BUT clean ours was cleaned every day and fresh towels every day bed linen... More

We stayed here with family in April 2015. The key to visiting Marrakech was location, location, location. This was a mere 5 min walk from the Jemaa El Fna market square. Rooms are a bit outdated but didn't mind as we were out all day, every day. Predominately a french speaking hotel but we got by and the staff were... More

We were on our honeymoon and ended up two nights in this terrible hotel. The room wasn't at all like the pictures on booking.com, they put us on the bottom floor overlooking a car park instead of second floor with balcony. The room was worn and had a strange smell. When we told reception they couldn't care less, they just... More

The hotel & staff were reasonably attentive. However they really were limited in their understanding of English. So if your french is very poor or non-existent then dont expect satisfactory answers to your questions. The rooms were ok but limited double bed options so had to push together two singles. Breakfast was ok too..nothing to shout about though. Nevertheless the... More

We choose the hotel because it's perfect located near the Medina but also near the nightlife locations in the Hivernage. We liked the pool area and good beds in the hotelroom. But for the rest it's a bit old. The door locks of the room are also old and unsafe. We asked for an extra key but was not available... More

A friend and I couldn't chose between hotels so we opted for this one as it was closer to everything and glad we did as its a 10minute walk from the markets/ medinas and hotels! The hotel is quiet, clean and well maintained. The rooms were nice- basic but what do you need really unless you're planning on camping out... More

If you want as we did to take a day out of the hustle and bustle and enjoy a few beers and lunch by the pool then this is a good shout. 150dh each for entry was a bargain we thought and v reasonable food and drink prices. Only downside was it was pretty hard to find! Asked a lot... More

After reading some of the reviews here I really dont know why some people go abroad at all. How many people who work in english hotels speak French? so why should the french speaking morrocans speak english?! having said that, allthough I can speak a little french i really didnt need to as virtually everyone spoke english at some level.And...
