Good point - nice pool Bad points - The staff are unprofessional. Upon arrival, the two women on the front desk were having a huge, angry and loud argument while a number of guests waited for their attention - including us. This is so unprofessional and I have never seen anything like this before - anywhere. When we were finally... More

I stayed here for 4nts recently with a friend as we wanted a long weekend away in the sunshine, we were on bed and breakfast package which we found through a holiday site the week before we travelled, the price was great and we had read the location was very good, we were not disappointed as the transfer time was... Just writing this review whilst sitting by the pool. This is a good basic hotel. It is very central for walking out, yes some people say you get a second rate service if you are not French. I can confim this is "Not" the case. My wife speaks some GCSE French and I speak some Arabic, we have had a... More

I liked the garden and pool. A nice place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options though no vegetables. I tried the buffet dinner one night as I was too tired to walk to city and it was very good except for dessert which was less a than... More

A really good location, near the Koutoubia, with swimming pool (very important in summer time) and and excellent freakfast to eat as much as you can and face a hard sigthseeing day. Place Jemaa Fna within walking distance....i would repeat

Great location as it is very close to the square (old town) and also new town. Taxis are always easy to get from the hotel, 50 Dirham to/ from new town. 70 Dirham to/ from airport (although they will tell you its 200! - Don't pay more than 70!) Great pool out the back and they do snacks (Panini's, chips,... More

This is no way a 4 star hotel. As soon as we arrived we knew it was going to be a holiday that we would not enjoy. The reception staff were unhelpful and arrogant as we were not french speakers, there was no explanation of where anything was, such as the breakfast or what time it was served, no map... More

Cheap "4 star" hotel.....probably realistic to say a low 3 star BUT don't be deterred..... We paid about £120 for 3 nights inc breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, the pool an gardens are well kept and the restaurant is simple. The hotel is just very tired. The location of this hotel is PERFECT for everything. Jamaa el fnar... I read all the bad reviews and still booked this hotel due it's location and how lovely the gardens and pool area looked in the pictures. They do look nice, but the rooms do not look like the pictures. All the bad reviews were correct, the service was terrible at the front desk. No welcome, no map about the local... More

2nd Time in Marrakech, 1st time we stayed in a Riad so we opted for a hotel as we were women in a group of 4. The location is great, jut behind the The Koutoubia Mosque, this meant we couldn't get lost as you can't miss it towering above the city. The hotel is Typically French, we were the only... More
