I have given this hotel as well and its sister a 1 star rating as I feel I was scammed into paying higher Riad Flam rates to end up staying at the shabbier sister hotel (Riad Dar Saad). I would recommend anyone who books this hotel to do so directly to avoid disappointment and being ripped off. It’s unclear if... More

Just returned from a five night break at Riad Flam in Marrakech. This was our first trip and I have to say that all the amazing staff at the Riad made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. From the smooth airport transfers to a delicious meal prepared for our first evening, to the spa treatments, which included a vigorous traditional... More

Lovely stay here until last night when reception offered to book us a return taxi to a restaurant. Receptionist walked us to our taxi and said I won't book through hotel as the hotel will add something on. Little did we know the receptionist was in with the driver and we were charged 300 dirham instead of 60 dirham as... More

Riad Flam is a welcoming riad in the old part of Marrakech. It is a nice relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside. Staff are all very friendly and always available to help. Can not recommend enough. Would mention about the exchange rate of the bill - they charge in euros in the riad but take... More

Although the hotel decor was pleasant enough and the staff friendly and accommodating, the location completely let it down. Set amongst poorly lit maze like alleyways, usually filled with groups of male locals making crude comments, harassing you or attempting to get money for nothing, to make the approach more uncomfortable the sole entrance to the riad flam was a... I'll say highly recommended place in Marrakech, location is perfect for tourist Jemma el-Fnaa and the Souks walkable. The Riad has great facilities for the customers, clean and comfortable for both bedroom and the bathroom, clean and warm jacuzzi on the rooftop where a great place to get your tanned done and on top all of it is the services... Retuned from a very busy short break in Marrakech staying at the Riad Flam. February is not the warmest in Morroco so it's best to keep on the go but what a treat it was to return to Riad Flam after a day touring the markets and sites of Marrakech. We asked the Hotel to arrange collection from the airport,... More

We have just returned from a stay at the Riad Flam. What hospitality ...... A wonderful restful and relaxing stay in simply gorgeous surroundings. From an unassuming single door in a wall nestled deep within the Medina area of Marrakech, but only 10 minutes walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa, the door opened to a wonderful courtyard tranquil oasis, where nothing... This cosy, friendly and frankly gorgeous riad is the perfect place to rest your head and feet after a day in the souks. The people who work here are wonderfully warm and friendly, paying attention to your every need without hovering. The atmosphere among the guests is that of acquaintances and you might easily find yourself discussing your latest bargain.... More
