My husband and I spent 3 nights here and can't find any fault at all. The staff were very happy and helpful. The riad only has 9 rooms and never felt busy. It was spotlessly clean. This is a perfect little retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. We definitely will come back to Marrakesh but only... More

This riad is well situated in the middle of the medina with most sites within walking distance from the riad. It has beautiful public spaces and is very well maintained. Staff was friendly but most spoke limited English. I had to have some clothes for laundry and they were able to give them back to me on the same day.... More

A luxuriously appointed riad, carved cedar wood everywhere, hot tub on the roof terrace and a friendly atmosphere, even a hammam and on site masseuse! We stayed for our last night in Marrakech and were made to feel welcome. A little tricky to find but signs are there when you know where to look! Very close to main square. Good... More

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at Riad Flam for our honeymoon and the staff were amazing - they did everything they could to make it romantic for us and we had a private dinner with roses on our first night and roses all over our room. The food at the hotel was a lovely traditional... More

Just returned from a five night break at Riad Flam in Marrakech. This was our first trip and I have to say that all the amazing staff at the Riad made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. From the smooth airport transfers to a delicious meal prepared for our first evening, to the spa treatments, which included a vigorous traditional... More

Lovely stay here until last night when reception offered to book us a return taxi to a restaurant. Receptionist walked us to our taxi and said I won't book through hotel as the hotel will add something on. Little did we know the receptionist was in with the driver and we were charged 300 dirham instead of 60 dirham as... More

Riad Flam is a welcoming riad in the old part of Marrakech. It is a nice relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets outside. Staff are all very friendly and always available to help. Can not recommend enough. Would mention about the exchange rate of the bill - they charge in euros in the riad but take... More

Although the hotel decor was pleasant enough and the staff friendly and accommodating, the location completely let it down. Set amongst poorly lit maze like alleyways, usually filled with groups of male locals making crude comments, harassing you or attempting to get money for nothing, to make the approach more uncomfortable the sole entrance to the riad flam was a... I'll say highly recommended place in Marrakech, location is perfect for tourist Jemma el-Fnaa and the Souks walkable. The Riad has great facilities for the customers, clean and comfortable for both bedroom and the bathroom, clean and warm jacuzzi on the rooftop where a great place to get your tanned done and on top all of it is the services...
