What a shock to walk through the shabby labyrinths of Marrakech and then go through the big wooden door of Riad Lorsya and walk into such a beautiful oasis. Great location - a short walk from the main square through the start of the souk. Beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan textiles etc. Staff helpful and friendly. Only gripe was that the prearranged taxi to take us from the airport to the Riad was overpriced at 15 euros (should be able to arrange for around 7 euros at the airport... more

Riad lorsya is a quiet oasis hidden behind high walls and small alleys. It is ideally located with the souks and main square a short walk away and once you have got your head around the narrow little streets and alleys it is easy to find.
