4 great days enjoying winter sunshine, the sights of Marrakech and the sanctuary of Riad Menzeh. Bernard is a true gentleman who enhanced our recent stay with his attention to detail and generosity of spirit. Great breakfasts and a peaceful haven from the bustle of the medina. Highly recommended, more

I will keep it short. Our stay in the riad was excellent. We felt very welcome safe and secure in the riad. You can not compare this with an hotel it is more.....like staying at home with a good friend. If there will ever be an oscar award for Host of the Year. La La La.....and the winner is Bernard... more

Bernard and his attentive team made my stay at Riad Menzeh unforgettable. Bernard was an impeccable host as he and his team answered all queries and requests, however big or small. The riad itself (about a 10 minute walk from the main place) is exquisite and the attention to detail breathtaking. It has a terrasse and its own hammam for... more

The service and hospitality by Bernard and his staff is top-notch. They really go the extra mile for you, doing little things to make your stay pleasant. The accommodations are very nice: clean, spacious, common room w TV and computer and internet. Breakfast was nice. The Riad is located 10-15 min walk from Djammma El Fna. Overall highly recommended for... more

We booked to stay in March 09 but postponed until September, and it was worth the wait! We only had a brief evening with Bernard but he was extremely welcoming and friendly. His more than capable assistant Jamel helped us out for the rest of the stay. We treated ourselves to their in-house hammam, which was excellent and had a... more

If you are going to go to Marrakech, you HAVE to stay in the Medina. It is very hectic, like a scene right out of The Raiders of the Lost Ark, but that's its charm. You really feel like you are in a completely different world. And, if you are going to stay in the Medina, you HAVE to stay... more

From the moment we arrived at Riad Menzeh, the French owner Bernard and his team did a fantastic job of making us feel at home. Bernard was so welcoming and friendly, readily offering advice on restaurants, day trips, how best to get around the medina, how to get the most out of our trip to Marrakech etc. He arranged airport... more

I have read a lot of reviews about other riads in Marrakech. Although each riad seems to have its charm, I truly believe the host that makes all the difference. Bernard was simply the best host any visitor to Marrakech could ever hope for. Bernard built a bridge for us to understand Moroccan culture, helping allay the initial culture shock... more

The Riad Menzeh is a beautiful hotel in the middle of the Medina. Entering the hotel from the chaos of the streets is a relief and a pleasure. The rooms are each unique, with beautiful furniture, decorations and stunning bathrooms. The common areas in the main room and the rooftop terrace are comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend the hammam... more

Ok so Bernard is actually the most hospitable person you will ever come across in Marrakech. We arranged an airport transfer with him and got dropped off pretty close to the Riad. He gave us a short tour of the jma el fna and was very happy to answer any queries or even guide us to unfamiliar or difficult to... more
