Riad is a tad hard to locate at first but many helpful locals to advise the way and reasonably easy to find your bearings. Staff were very helpful when leaving my girlfriend had became ill so let us check out later at no extra cost, and were helpful with locating a pharmacy . The riad itself was beautiful and kept... Looks nice on face value but actually filthy inside. We can cope with a bit of grub as we are seasoned travellers but what i cannot accept is how they dealt with personal items being stolen from our baggage. Turned it on to us in an almost threatening manor even though it could not possibly have been anyone without key... More

Situation in center of medina, and roof terrasse and friendlyness of night watchsman is fine, but apart from that I can't say anything good about this place. The caretaker is bluntly unfriendly, not answering questions, not willing to inform about the area only interested in collecting money. Is says 4 stars, but toilet/shower is IN the room. No door to... More

The Riad is very centrally located, a little difficult to find but the staff are very obliging to meet you and take you there if you get lost (you will get lost in Marrakech, that is part of the fun experience), I cannot say a bad word about this Riad, the staff are perfect, the food is amazing and the... We (4 women aged 23-34) traveled to Marrakesh for a week. We were sexually assaulted outside the hotel entrance. We do not blame the hotel for this incidence but the way they handled the situation afterwards has been absolutely appalling. When the attack happened we were at the door of the hotel and there were no members of staff inside... More

Hello, I appear, Chantal owner and manager of the Riad Oumaima Just a small development(clarification) about your comment and that of Jer P. Dear young ladies Your words are inequitable. We do not deny that you are assaulted, but where I would like to rectify your statements it is that our guard who opened you the door when you arrived... More

2 friends of mine were sexually assaulted outside the riad. When they asked the night porter for help he laughed at them. When they asked him to call the police he refused. The owner of the riad then responded to their email complaint by saying "sorry for the inconvenience, have a drink on the house". When they were unsatisfied by... More

I recently stayed here and its a lovely friendly place to stay. The photos of it on the internet are exactly what you see on arrival. There are six guest rooms in the Riad and all are very clean and tastefully decorated. The concierge/manager/doorman Abdu is extremely helpful and is always at hand to help and guide without being intrusive. The only fault I... This Riad is difficult to find but is actually in a very good area. It is situated in a network of small alleyways which are a little scary at night if you are travelling alone, so be careful. The Riad itself is beautiful, quiet, and luxurious, with a beautiful pool which catches the sun, a roof terrace and lovely rooms.... More

Really nice riad. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed advice. Rooftop terrace was great for breakfast and laying in the sun on warm days, no outdoor pool but an outdoor shower to cool down and small indoor pool if needed. Short walking distance to the markets, just out of the chaos. Breakfasts were the best we had... More

Only two days are enough to enjoy the genuine hospitality of the staff of the Riad. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all the furnishings are beautifully detailed in Moroccan style, thanks to the nice French owners. The breakfast is rich and plentiful. The location is great just a short walk from the Souks but the highlight is the staff... More
