I've stayed at Zamzam twice now and I just can't recommend it enough. The rooms are luxurious and spacious with everything you need. The staff are polite and accommodating and couldn't do enough to help and make me feel at home. The first time I went I was on my own and I was treated like a queen. I was... More

This Riad is wonderful, and great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Its owned by an English couple. Its very easy to get lost in the maze of souks and streets, so always get help!.This Riad is a little way from the big souk, away from the main tourist area.Which we found was great. They will arrange a taxi to pick you... Zamzam’s hidden down the narrow maze back alleys of Marrakesh. I arrived at 10am, in time for special breakfast laid out in the central courtyard of freshly made traditional breads/pancakes, local fruits, squeezed juices, a choice of breakfast eggs and real coffee…breakfast table set out in central courtyard on traditional Moroccan tiles, calmly surrounded by 3 stories of marvellous architecture... We can't recommend Riad Zamzam highly enough. From the car picking us up at the airport to the trip to the Sahara Desert to beautiful meals, amazing rooms, staff who couldn't have been more helpful, escorts when we needed them, advice about how to barter, where to go for the best whatever. We had the Palm Suite which was stunning,... More

Riad Zamzam is an adventure in itself - a very hospitable and comfortable one. The elegant rooftop terrace and courtyard, spacious rooms, delicious meals, artful decor, and most of all, the graciousness of owners and staff, all added a wonderful dimension to our stay in Morocco. The quiet elegance of Zamzam is a perfect balance for the chaotic sights, sounds... More

Lovely place, friendly&helpful staff, rooms rather small. Roof terrace. Location: north of the medina in a rather unon-touristic area which we liked a lot. Main attractions all in wlaking distance. Place is a little hard to find - have them picj you up for a start (one gets lost rather easily in the maze of the medina's small streets! :)

Riad Zamzam, in the heart of the medina, is a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of the markets! It is an authentic riad - cozy and charming. The rooftop terrace provided great views of the city. Our room was spacious and spotless and the bathroom was elegant. Breakfasts were delicious. We stayed for four nights and still weren't... More

Zam-zam riad and spa was the most magical experience. Centred in the old town of Marrakech hidden in a little dusty street. Knocking on the door we are then welcomed into the most beautiful place. I felt like a princess stepping into the riad and was treated with the best hospitality and kindness. It had the authentic feel and atmosphere.... More

My wife and I (both Moroccan) were hosting American friends in Morocco and decided to pick this wonderful riad during our stay in Marrakech. Located in the old city, we knew that accessing/finding the riad by car would be somewhat difficult given the narrow and twisting allies of the medina. Parking was a bit difficult too. But this won't be... More

This was the most wonderful Riad ever to stay at. It is very hidden along the little maze of streets that make up part of the Medina, but they will arrange a taxi to collect you from the airport and someone will meet you and walk you to the riad whatever time of night you arrive. The Riad is beautiful... More
