This is a nice riad away from the touristic part of the medina. The locals seem to be happy to have you there, and even invited us to play video games with them. The riad itself is pretty and the rooftop is nice to lounge on with a covered area and beach chairs (for when its not 115 degrees in... More

My friend and I stayed at ZamZam three times in 1 week during our trip to Morocco and each time it was like home. As soon as you turn the corner from the streets of Marrakech into the alleyway that leads to the huge door below the gorgeous glittering lamp and you enter the Riad, you are greeted by the... More

After traveling for a whirlwind week in Morocco, I finally touched down at ZamZam Riad for one relaxing last evening. I'd heard about ZamZam via TimeOut Marrakech and it did not disappoint. The hotel and my room were gorgeous and luxurious; my favorite detail being the palm tree that grew straight through the center of the courtyard. Staff was excellent;... More

My 3 friends and I have just returned from a 3 night break at the Riad ZamZam and can honestly say we were extremely impressed with the outstanding service from the team, from the initial booking to check out. The riad itself is beautiful with all mod cons to hand whilst retaining all the magical charm of a traditional riad.... More

We visited Zamzam as part of a filming tour of Marrakech. The riad was chosen because of its excellent food and hammam. We were looked after exceptionally well, ate the best food out of the whole trip and was very disappointed to leave. I was totally taken back by the splendour of the rooms and facilities and wish I could... More

The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was delicious, the place was immaculately presented and the service was second to none. I can not recommend this place enough! Thank you Marcus for a first class experience on my first trip to Morocco.. ;)

Zamzam Riad is a beautiful place to stay if you're looking for somewhere a short stroll from the souks. You go through a door which opens out to the most beautiful courtyard, with options to eat and relax downstairs or up on the roof. The riad itself is really peaceful, although it can get a little noisy if people are... More

We stayed at Zam Zam for a Paleo and Yoga retreat. We started the day with a delicious juice, followed by core conditioning on the roof terrace, then breakfast. We chilled out or went for a wander before an amazing lunch, then had yoga in the courtyard followed by dinner on the terrace. It was so lovely and chilled. On... More

All you would hope for from a riad just inside the medina. Authentically remodelled by the owners to provide comfortable rooms, a roof terrace and excellent restaurant. Staff could not be more helpful coming out to find me when I got lost on arrival and provided invaluable advice for finding your way round the medina and how to avoid the... More

I'll preface the review by saying you can't leave Morocco without staying at a riad. How else can you fully indulge in all that is Marrakech? And in terms of service, food quality, property-appeal, and appointed-rooms - Zamzam can outpace the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton's that we usually cop out to, at a fraction of the price - how...
