Our stay at the Dar Lalla F'Dila in Marrakech was a great joy. We had read the reviews on Trip Advisor so were anticipating the small street in which this small Riad is situated. The door opened on to a most charming place. There are just 5 rooms, each of which is tastefully decorated. We stayed in the Josephine Baker... More

Have just returned from a short stay in this charming Riad. Having never been to Marrakech before, we were initially nervous to be dropped at the entrance to the Medina and then walked through to our hotel - the roads are too narrow for taxis. Upon opening the door to our Riad we felt we had entered a very special... More

We had such a wonderful stay at this riad! The staff were unbelievably welcoming (without being overbearing!) and went out of their way continuously to make us feel at home. Beautiful decoration, and wonderful rooms. The rooftop was an amazing place to have breakfast. I would suggesting booking a taxi transfer with them before you arrive, it can be difficult... More

We've just got back from a long weekend in Marrakech, and we stayed at Dar Lalla F'ila. We stayed in a beautiful huge room on the first floor which was very light and airy and comfortable. The breakfasts were lovely - a selection of fresh breads, butter and jams, pancakes with honey, cakes, yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and... More

This riad is basic in terms of modern creature comforts but offers a convenient location, beautiful architecture, and sense of history. It's very close to the top of the souks, is a 2 minute walk to le Foundouk restaurant which we like and is right beside the Musee de Marrakech and Ben Youssef Merdrasa. The manageress helpfully gave us a... More

We had pre booked a taxi transfer with the Riad before our arrival and I'm extremely thankful we did. This Riad is extremely hard to find .. a couple who we met there had got the bus from the airport and it took them 3 hours to find it. It is down a dingy, smelly passageway but when the door... Well, we came back last week from staying here and i have to say it was a pleasure and a pure joy! The place is beautiful, tranquil and the staff were like long lost friends. From the momment we arrived, greeted with tea and pastries given time to settle in and then for the manager to take the time to... More

I promised myself I will take the time to write my review and I am so lazy at it. Now it has been a year since we went to Dar Lalla fdila. But Let me tell you that it is the most gorgeous out of them all. We stayed 2 days there from December 18 to 20 because we wanted... More

The previous reviewer must have been in a different Riad! The manager is a charm who spent time with us talking about her home, family, religion and customs. One day my wife was unwell and the staff were most concerned and looked out for her and cooked her special meals. Aziz, the night concierge and breakfast waiter was very accommodating... More

Dar Lalla F’dila is set in a large and advantageous building and you are initially swayed by the grand and spacious courtyard, the scatter of Berber rugs, and the pleasant, seemingly warm welcome of the manager. It’s clean and breakfast good - the case in most places of this category. It’s easily found from Place Moukeft and although reviewers dispute... More
