Booked a bit last minute, as have always wanted to visit Marrakech, and clearly jus looking for a budget week away. Location was ok, should have researched a bit better, but made the best of it. Pro's, rooms clean and fairly spacious, roof top pool great, and often the only people there. Cons, booked half board, breakfast appalling, evening dinner... More

We had a booking for 39 people. It was nightmare from day one. AC in every room was not working. Showers did not work. Electric sockets were hanging out of the wall. They did not provide the fridge in every room. The excuse was that they don't have any fridges. We had 21 rooms but people had to change their... More

I will try to make this brief and if anyone books the hotel after reading this review you are braver than most Pro's The hotel has beds, toilets and a restaurant We travelled as part of a large group of women some with disabilities. The hotel is located far out of town, there are no amenities close by. Any travel... More

We went with a group. I found the hotel is very accommodating for all ages - it has 2 fully working lifts with access to all floors and has wheel chair access. We had different Moroccan dishes every day, which was lovely and tasty. There was always help on hand when needed from staff, some people complained but it is... More

We went with a group of middle to old aged women, between 35-70years, and it was not accommodating for any age group whatsoever!! The food was terrible, same food served the next morning, breakfast was limited and very unhygienic. Plates were always dirty and staff were virtually non existent, and very rude if we ever did interact. We tried to... More

Great 4* hotel. Nice rooftop pool, Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size, ask for a room with wifi. Not far from the local shops. You can walk to the new part where the mcdonalds etc is. Or grab a cab from o/s the hotel.

Two middle aged sisters spending a whole week at the Imperial Plaza have good things to say. We knew we were not in the U.K. which some of your reviewers seem to forget. Perhaps foreign travel is not for them! The twin room was large and comfortable. The staff were delightful...their attitude was helpful and friendly. The food....we were on... More
